Both girls arrived at the outhouse, their hearts pounding as they assumed Sheila was inside. The cool night air buzzed with the sound of crickets, an eerie contrast to the chaos they had just escaped. Ella strained to listen for any suspicious noises, but all she could hear was the rhythmic chirping, which only heightened her anxiety.

They approached the door, and Ella glanced over at Ziggy. The intensity in Ziggy's eyes mirrored her own determination as they silently exchanged a nod. With a steadying breath, Ziggy withdrew a screwdriver from her pocket and deftly manoeuvred it into the door lock, twisting until it clicked open.

Ella slipped in behind Ziggy, pulling the door shut with a sense of finality, sealing themselves off from the outside world. The sight that greeted them was both unsettling and heartbreaking: bugs scuttled across the floor, a grim reminder of the cruel trap they had set for Sheila. Ella knew their actions had been harsh, but after everything, Sheila was probably the only person she knew who deserved it.

"Sheila?" Ziggy called out, her voice echoing in the cramped space.

"Are you here?" Ella chimed in, carefully stepping around the creeping insects, their lives having been carelessly extinguished moments before.

Ziggy approached one of the cubicles where they had previously trapped Sheila, but before she could open it, a fierce voice erupted from the opposite side.

"You bitch!" Sheila screamed as she lunged from the adjacent cubicle, grabbing Ziggy's hair with a brutal grip. The force of the attack sent Ziggy crashing against the wall, gasping in shock.

"Listen to me!" Ziggy shouted; her voice strained but defiant.

In the chaos, Ella darted forward to help, but Sheila spun around, shoving Ella to the floor. The world tilted as Ella hit her head against the cold, hard ground, stars exploding in her vision.

Ella tried to gather her thoughts, but the chaotic scene around her blurred, and Sheila's strength was surprising. She felt as if the air had been knocked from her lungs. Suddenly, she felt strong arms lifting her back to her feet, and she blinked to focus.
