Avery's wedding activities had officially started. Tonight was her bachelorette party and the next day would be the wedding. Hers and Darrens families had flown in a couple of days ago too to start the celebration with them.

Connor took a short work trip and had gotten back two days ago, so he and Summer spent that time inside together. Especially since Summer would be busy with maid of honor duties for the next couple of days.

"Here you go angel, and I'll bring your coffee" Connor said as he walked back into the room with her breakfast.

"Thank you" Summer smiled. She continued clicking through Netflix until she reached Yellowjackets, they had been binging it. Connor came back with two cups of coffee then joined her back in bed to eat.

"What time do you have to leave?" He asked.

"2. She went to get her dress altered and her hair done with her mom and sister, but I told her I'd meet up with them for nails. Then we'll head back to her house for the party".

"Okay. I'm gonna take your parents out to dinner when they land".

"By yourself?" Summer asked.

"Yea, angel. I do like your parents" he laughed a bit.

"No I know, I just didn't know you cared to hang out with them alone. I can meet you guys when I'm done".

"Don't rush, they'll be staying here anyways. We're very aware that you'll be busy this weekend".

"Well I appreciate it, baby, thank you".

"You're welcome" he said then started their show.

After eating a quick morning sex session, Summer had packed her things and left for the day. She met Avery, Deloris, and Michelle at the nail salon.

"Hi, how are you, Summer?" Deloris asked as she greeted each of them with a hug.

"I'm good, how are you?"

"Very good. Excited, obviously".

"We're all very excited. Helena didn't come?" She asked Michelle.

"She flies in later tonight".

"Okay good".

The technicians separated them, starting with Summer and Avery's feet and Deloris and Michelle's hands.

"How's it been?" Summer asked.

"Good. I'm nervous, but excited".

"Nervous is normal".

"That's what my mom said. I guess it's more anxious than nervous".

"That's fair. How did the alterations go this morning?"

"Really good. Didn't take too long, just wanted to put the final touches on it. She cried".

"Your mom? How cute" Summer said and Avery nodded to agree.

"I know, I love that they like it. Are your parents here yet?"

"Not yet, they get in around 6".

"And they're staying with you guys?"
