Aarohi POV

Tears welled up in the corners of my eyes, a surge of profound gratitude and recognition flowing through me like a tidal wave. These tears were not of sadness but of pure appreciation, of finally feeling genuinely seen and valued. With a hand trembling with emotion, I reached out to gently caress his face, my voice quivering as I spoke, "It's beyond perfection—it's everything I never knew I needed. You are the missing piece I never realized my heart had been yearning for."

And then he said, "I’ve realized that every minute I’ve spent not loving you has been a moment wasted." His words touched my soul, and there wasn’t a single part of me that doubted his sincerity.

He was the one—the one who had silently filled the voids in my life that I hadn't even recognized was there. Though tears threatened to spill over, a delicate smile danced on my lips. His touch, his presence, his enduring love—they all completed me in ways I had never dared to dream possible.

"When did you plan all of this?" I inquired, attempting to divert my overwhelming emotions towards curiosity. I needed to ground myself in something other than the overwhelming sense of being so deeply cherished.

His smile radiated warmth as he gazed at me lovingly. "Did you not recognize this place?"

Furrowing my brow, I wracked my brain, searching for a clue. Yet, nothing surfaced. Shaking my head, a hint of embarrassment coloured my cheeks at my inability to recall such a significant detail.

"This is where I first poured my heart out to you," he revealed, his voice laced with nostalgia. "Remember the firefly glade?"

A rush of memories flooded back— the twinkling fireflies, the serene night, and the profound tenderness in his gaze as he stood before me. My heart fluttered as I scanned our surroundings, taking in the exquisite conservatory nestled within the fragrant rose garden. It was breathtaking, much like that unforgettable night, yet imbued with an enchantment that transcended time.

In a whisper, almost to myself, I mused, "You've turned our cherished moment into a home."

In that poignant moment, I understood that this gesture went beyond mere sentiment. It was a vow, a testament to the enduring love we were nurturing together.

We ambled towards the conservatory, nestled among a riot of vibrant roses, their blooms unfurling in a dazzling display that ensnared my senses. Approaching closer, the grand entrance came into view, adorned with a spectacular rose motif bearing the words "Casa Rosa." Turning to Dev, my eyes alight with curiosity, I inquired about its significance.

"It translates to 'house of roses' in Spanish," he responded, his voice suffused with warmth. A dawning comprehension flickered across my features, and as he gently pushed the door ajar, I was immediately seized by the enchantment within.

The interior of the conservatory was a symphony of vivid hues and luminance, every element meticulously orchestrated to cultivate an ambience of tranquillity and intimacy. Sunbeams danced through the glass panels, casting intricate patterns upon the gleaming floor.

The walls cascaded with climbing scarlet roses, their petals unfolding in a tapestry of colours—deep crimson, soft blush, and creamy ivory. The air was heavy with their sweet perfume, intermingled harmoniously with the earthy scent of fresh soil and verdure. It felt akin to stepping into a reverie, a secluded sanctuary tailored expressly for us.

Venturing further inside, it was as though I traversed a crimson avenue of roses, each side bedecked with their resplendent blooms. At the far end stood a rustic glass table set for two, flanked by inviting chairs and a plush sofa nearby, beckoning us to repose. Glancing at Dev, who regarded me with earnest anticipation, his eyes brimming with hope and affection, eager for my reaction.
