ORM POV

I'm sat in the back of the car

"So what is it in New Zealand that has Freen and lingling hooked?" Irin asked me, and I hate having to lie but I promised.

"Nothing lingling enjoys her job, I came and saw her working and I see why she enjoys it"

"So you plan on moving permanently?"

Hold that thought

I got a phone call from lingling and all I could hear was her screaming and crying? Did her and Freen fight?

"What happened?"

"Freen's kicking me out, speak to her please Orm she's going insane" she sobs over the phone

"Hello Freen calm down listen, no she wants to stay with you, no you aren't a burden on her please relax FREEN, I'm going to move down New Zealand okay" I say over the phone after I could hear Freen screaming and crying, literally having a breakdown

"Lingling take a stand tell her you aren't leaving okay, don't let her get to you" I say to lingling, irin looks back at me concerned

"She went to her room and slammed the door" Lingling says crying

"Why did you guys fight?" I ask her

"Because she heard me tell you last night that I wish we were never apart and now she's telling me to leave and to be with you but Orm I didn't want to leave her I didn't mean it like that" she sobs "I don't want Freen to think she's a burden on me because she isn't"

"Look just stay in your room let Freen calm down, you know what her moods are like recently and when she's calm explain it to her, best friends fight all the time okay baby, I'll be back soon don't worry" i try to calm her down which seemed to work because she went to her room and then we just sat in silence in the car whilst I was texting lingling.

"You okay Orm?" Irin asked me

"Yeah they're just bickering nothing serious" I cover up

"I hope Becky's cooked something good, I'm so hungry" I try to change the subject

"Her and jane have been cooking since they found out you are coming back so you better have a big appetite" Irin says

Becky and jane it just sounds so wrong now that I've gone so see Freen face to face.

Knowing she's still loyal to Becky even when Becky has no clue of what's going on in New Zealand.

"I'm scared one of your buttons of your shirt will pop in my eye calm down Bruce bog trotter" Billy says as he watches me go for me fourth plate

"Seriously did lingling not feed you in New Zealand?" Becky says with laughter

"Guys quit being mean she's hungry okay, she probably spent more time doing other things than eating actual food" Jane nudged me with a laugh

"So I hear you quit the bartender job?" I turn to jane.

"Yeah I did, I just feel overworked I needed a break" Jane smiles

"Yeah sugar daddy Becky will provide for you I assume" Heng says expecting us all to laugh

"No it's not like that" Jane says as she looks really upset

god I'd usually shout at heng for his stupid comments, he doesn't mean
them but right now I don't know why I'm just not fond of jane although she did nothing.

"He's just being an idiot don't mind him, you should rest, especially with dealing with weirdos all day" Irin says as she smiles at jane.

"Say sorry" Becky firmly says to heng.

"Sorry jane it was a harmless joke I didn't mean it" Heng says which jane accepts.

Orm: everything okay?

Lingling; went to her room, she's asleep her pillow is soaked from crying

Orm: you need me to come back?

Lingling; if you can, she's getting out of hand

Orm: okay I'll be with you soon.

Groupchat

Billy: What the heck you just came back?

Becky: as I expected lol

Orm: lingling needs me guys

Irin; you didn't even go and meet your parents yet

Orm: I know

Becky: what the heck does lingling need? shes been in New Zealand without you this whole time

Orm: I know but i can't bare to be apart from her, sorry guys

Becky: So are you gonna be back for my birthday or?

Orm: yes I will

Becky: u sure?

Orm: Yeap

I had to fly back and help lingling out, right now I didn't know how she managed this on her own because New Zealand isn't full of happiness it's pure pain going down there and I do not want to move there.

A month later I was back for Becky's birthday and just to see my parents since everything was okay back in New Zealand.

Once Becky's party was over I realised Becky has really gotten over Freen, and it's perhaps a good thing even though I was still rooting for them two to be end game, fate changed things and I guess I had to accept it but seeing her happy and cutting her cake with jane by her side for some reason was upsetting especially knowing what Freen was going through on the other side.

Only if you knew Becky, I'm sorry I have to keep this from you, I have no choice and I'm being such a bad friend by hiding something so big, when I now know all the answers to the questions you wanted to ask Freen. I can't tell you.

You seem happier now and that's all that matters, that's what Freen wanted anyways.

I arranged a cute little intimate movie night with my friends since I had been thinking about my future and what I wanted, I wanted their input.

"So guys I wanted to tell you all that I'm thinking about perhaps popping the big question to lingling" I randomly say which results into everyone screaming and talking ontop of themselves.
