BECKY POV

Lingling: I took this number from noey, listen to me, Freen's appointment is tomorrow, pray for her

Becky: please be strong lingling, your the only hope we have making her do this, trick her I know she'll not trust us but that's not important, right now her health is priority and I'll do anything to get her better, i need you to do this ling

Lingling; I got this Becky, she thinks it's a check up tomorrow, I told nop to sedate her without her knowing, I need to delete these messages later so don't message without me messaging you first okay?

Becky: okay ling, keep me updated

I huff as I have been trying to convince officers to let me out, I know it's not allowed, I told them just one day so I could be with my wife and they wouldn't allow me, I know once again it isn't allowed but I had to beg I was literally shaking from fear.

I was worried about Freen, this operation isn't a joke, it's a heavy operation.

And I was stressed as hell, I won't be with her during such a big moment, she's had so many but ling told me how it's gone and that gives me a fright.

It was the next day I had 0 sleep

Lingling hasn't been replying to my messages for so long

Lingling: She's just been injected, passed out and now she's in the operating room

Becky: Oh my god, did she panic that badly

Lingling; she screamed, bursted out in tears and the hospital nurse had to try and tackle her to the floor, I told you I hate doing this to her, I hated watching that happen to her, I wish
you did this instead

I burst into tears in my cell, I fell to my knees as I hysterically cry, not caring at the officers looking at me, they sit around the corner but they pop their heads out often.

I fall to my knees as I pray for Freen, that exact second I look up noey runs in with keys

"Go go, I'll deal with everything later" she breathes out as if she's been running, she knows what's been happening

I literally run with noey escorting me out of the building so officers didn't attack me or stop me and I felt a sense of relief that I'd be with freen or their to support lingling and Orm.

I literally drove so fast to the hospital, I ran up the flights of stairs because the lift was taking forever, I couldn't wait, as soon as I ran up I walked into lingling and Orm in tears.

"I'm so sorry" I say out of breath as
I look through the operating room window with 5 doctors in blue gear and masks surrounding her body

I nearly fainted but Orm literally held me before I did, she sat me down but I couldn't even hear what she was saying to me, my chest felt heavy and my eyes widened in complete shock.

"Get her some water quickly" I
manage to hear Orm shout at lingling who grabs her water bottle from her handbag.

After a while I managed to calm down I had sat in silence, I smelt so bad, my clothes were dirty and Irin walked in with noey.

"I got you some of my clothes, change when you get the chance"

Noey says as she places a bag beside me and another bag with her unused sneakers.

"Thanks"

I notice heng and billy sit beside us without saying a word since it's pitch silent here, we're just worried about Freen and I know them two aren't close to freen at all and billy had got his ass beaten but at the end of the day my friends came.

By a couple of hours of waiting nop walks towards us, all of us stand up immediately waiting for what he has to say.

"The operation is complete, Freen will be transferred to the ICU unit, right now her health is critical, we won't know how she reacts to the operation till later, until then she'll be on life support"

"Life support? Why?"

"Freen lost a lot of blood during this operation, we're transferring a lot of blood through her body, right now she has a lot going on and due to her history we sedated her again so that she can allow the blood to flow through without panicking, she's tried to pull the needles out of herself before and we could of lost her then so we couldn't take risks"

Nop firmly says

"When can I see her"

"When she wakes up, allow her to get some rest, I'll let you know, but don't overwhelm her with too many people, I know you all are just as worried but I think it's best just her wife visits her when she wakes up just so she's comfortable"

My friends all nod in agreement to what nop had said

"Did Freen react well? What happens now?"

"I can't say anything yet, however the operation was a success, we did find the cancer cell that was in her body however we weren't able to remove one because it was too close to her heart, that would have to be done in another operation by our higher team of professionals who deal with the heart, so until then"

he presses his lips as he looks at us sympathetically and then walks away

"So fucked up" Billy whispered as he shakes his head in disbelief from what he's hearing, if Billy is shocked imagine how I'm feeling, I tried to keep my cool, her heart? thats what keeps us alive? and if that doesn't go well then what could happen.

Is this why she was so worried to stay with me? She knew it was this bad and that's why she left me because she didn't have any hope, everything came crashing down on me, I rush to the bathroom to wash my face as I started heating up and before I knew it I began throwing up uncontrollably.

I heard noey and heng run into the bathroom but I was a mess from hearing that.
