Mitsuki POV

I followed Urashiki with chained hands that Urashiki held the chain like a leash. Like I was nothing but his dog, I could only use what little strength I had left to walk behind him. We wore white cloaks walking down the dirt path, we should be getting closer to the Land of Hotsprings, I'm assuming. We've been walking for a while now, having already gone around the Hidden Sound Village. We been walking for about a week maybe more and Urashiki has been draining my chakra everyday for the past two weeks. I don't know what he plans to do but with no doubt.

It can't be anything good but from the round about way we've been going about things, it's not the Hidden Leaf we're heading towards. Rather, we are heading towards the Hidden Cloud Village. Maybe he's trying to get the Jinchuriki User of the Eighth Tailed Beast, Mr.KillerBee if I remember. That explains the amount of chakra he's been harvesting, he would need a lot to take down an opponent that strong and unpredictable. I've heard he's quite a formidable opponent despite some, I believe, unorthodox qualities was the word they used. We've been walking for so long, he could use a portal to get us there like he did last time but I bet.

It's because of the Rinnegan Sasuke Uchiha possesses, which if he were to use his chakra, his location would be pinned pointed immediately. Making him vulnerable to a surprise attack if he didn't plan for it in advance. We traveled from the Hidden Rain Village, around the Land of Fire without stepping into their territory until we came here to the border of the Hidden Sound Village. As we were going around the Village, I couldn't help stare up at the sky. Letting the sun beat against my skin, in times of hopelessness. I looked to the sky and remember, my sun will come to me, for what is a moon without a sun.

I know that there will be a day where your bright presence will shine on me again.

Saki POV

I watched as they chained my brother up back in this cold dark place we were staying in. Seals all around to keep the dark chakra contained, once everything was set they turned to me. "May I have a moment alone with him" I asked, they looked between each other than back at Haruto. "Watch him..he's still unstable..." one of them grumbled and with that they disappeared but it was clear to me they weren't far. They were probably guarding the entrance, I stared at my brother, put in chains, still in the wooden box covered with seals. I walked over to crotch down to his level, his face hung low but despite his face not being visible.

The slow tear drops falling onto the floor was a clear indicator that he was crying. The chakra surrounding him was less violent now but I could see that it was still burning through his skin slowly. That must feel painful, I thought to myself, this is the worst state I've seen him in awhile. "Have you calm down yet" I asked, silence was his response, not a word nor a huff of acknowledgment. But he lifted his head up a little bit to meet my eyes, I was relieved that his eyes were back to his original pitch black again. "Are you done pouting" I questioned, he weakly glared at me like he couldn't care less but was still offended by the comment.

I huffed a laugh, "well if you're done feeling sorry for yourself then hurry up, we only got a few minutes until they decide to come back" I told him making him look at me with pure amazement. With quick succession I freed him from his wooden sealed prison, "okay, let go" I stated. I pushed my hair to the side, activating my Rinnegan and opening a portal that leads outside the village. I grabbed a hold of my brothers hand, "where do you kids think you're going" An Anbu behind me questioned. We were surrounded, the portal still open and my body began to tremble slightly. Haruto seemed to notice this and without a single shred of hesitation, he grabbed ahold of my waist and flung me over his shoulder.

Rushed through the portal before the Anbu could even begin to react to his speed. I closed the portal as fast as I could so we'd have a head start on the Anbu before they started their chase. Setting me down next to tree, I painted slightly, my chest feeling heavy. I'm not as good as our father at using the Rinnegan, it takes too much out of me and is sometimes hard to control since I've haven't had much practice using it. Rather suppressing it instead as it was my Wildcard, it rarely obeys my orders. I've only observed the Rinnegan in use, my first attempt at using it now was just a stroke of luck.

My brother chuckled, "I never thought you'd be the one to become a rule breaker" he admitted quietly. I just smiled solemnly, he crouched down with his back to me. "Well, let's get going before they catch up to us" Haruto stated as I hoisted myself onto his back. Wrapping my arms around your neck as to steady myself, he then started his run out of the Hidden Leaf's territory. "So....where are we going, I'm sure you didn't just break me out without a plan" Haruto asked continuing to run with no destination. "The Hidden Cloud Village, if there's one person who can help us find Dad, it's Killer Bee" I reasoned.

"Fine by me, you take a nap, you need to rest after how much chakra you used creating that portal for us" Haruto muttered, I smiled softly as I laid my head on his shoulder. I loved when he got gentle like this instead of stressing out all the time. Next stop, Killer Bee's place then we can finally find Dad and have a real conversation. I let my eyes slip close as Haruto carried me far out of the Leaf Village's territory.
