Boruto POV

"Stop, that's enough-" a suddenly familiar voice shouted, "NO...no way in hell am I gonna let him off easy" they snapped back, they were quick to attack me once more. Their strength, dare I say was unnatural, as they captured me by the throat with ease. Pinning me up against the wall in a second, they were so fast. I could barely breathe correctly with their hand tightly wrapped around my throat. There was no hesitation in their actions, his eyes reflected anger and envy. The once chill guy I met back at the Sand Village was no where in sight.

All that was left, was a guy full of rage, the worst part was that I didn't even know why. What did I do to invoke so much wrath, "let Boruto go" Shikadai demanded. Throwing up signs his shadow zipped towards Haruto and me. The pressure on my throat released as he was quick to jump up on the wall and stood on a windowsill. Peering over us, "Haruto, that's enough" Saki shouted for her brother to stop. "NO SAKI, I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF HIM" Haruto shouted with so much venom in his tone.

The hatred was overwhelming, "he's the reason we never had a childhood with Dad, he's the reason Dad got sick...HE'S THE REASON THAT DAD RAN AWAY" Haruto screamed and jumped to attack me once more until Iwabee intervened and blocked with nothing but his forearms slightly wincing from the old wound. The other's backed me up, heading to stand beside me. Saki quickly grabbed him by the arm to try and reason with him, "Stay out of it, Saki" Haruto growled as he threw his sister off. She landed on her feet a bit too easily without even a stumble, like she had done this kinda thing before. "It's always been him, you're so ungrateful, he left us to be there for you and THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT HIM" Haruto screamed once more. But as anger had boiled to the surface, the tears began to drip down his face.

"You have no idea how I feel, I finally have a chance to have him back in our lives and you ruined EVERYTHING AGAIN for us....and this time, he might never come back..." Haruto's voice became low and full of distraught. His body was trembling as he stared at the floor, looking like he might cave into himself. "Do you even care....THAT OUR DAD MIGHT DIE FIGHTING THE OTSUTSUKI....are you so blind to not see how your actions affect EVERYONE AROUND YOU" Haruto shouted again. Bubbly red chakra slowly came to the surface, taking a foxlike appearance. He lifted his head and as he opened his eyes, my heart began to pound in my chest as I felt true terror. "That's the....Sharingan..." I gasped once I realized what was unfolding in front of me.

His body seemed to take some type of feral form, his canines sharpened like fangs. The markings on his face darkened with his change of appearance. At that moment, I felt like prey that was about to be hunted and as I thought he would pounce. Just then, a dark purple vortex appeared behind him and in seconds he was on the ground. "Calm yourself, Haruto" I smiled at the sight of my mentor but at the same moment it fell when I remembered. Those Sharingan eyes, it shouldn't be possible, only Uchiha have those eyes.

Why would Haruto an Uzumaki have the eyes of an Uchiha. It didn't make sense, the only Uchiha still alive to date in their time has only been Sasuke. I heard how the rest was wiped out, the timeline doesn't add up, Sasuke is a male Uchiha and Haruto looks almost identical to Dad. So what's going on, Sasuke, what is it you are hiding from me. In my state of shock, I didn't notice Yamato had also jumped out of the portal too. His wood style quickly surrounded Haruto, keeping him still before it changed shape and Haruto was incased in a wooden box.

His arms locked together and four seals were placed on all four sides to keep as much of that strange chakra from leaking out. A group of Anbu then appeared and picked up the wooden box together before taking Haruto away. Saki was quick to follow after them, Sasuke grabbed Saki by the shoulder before whispering something to her. Letting her go as she chased after them and they were soon all gone. Sasuke then turned to Yamato, "I do apologize for dragging you into this, you should go back to your post before Orochimaru gets any sudden ideas" Sasuke was quick to apologize. "No problem, I don't think either of us would want the alternative if I wasn't here" Yamato brushes off the subject when the portal didn't seem to cease just yet.

"Go through the portal quickly, I can't hold it open for long" Sasuke says and Yamato this time just nods and jumps through the portal as Sasuke soon closes it, looking rather exhausted. Without missing a beat, Sai soon appeared beside Sasuke and I was starting to lose track of what the hell was going on. Is Haruto, like Mitsuki, it's the only conclusion that makes sense but then, why. I need answers, there's something Sasuke is not telling me, he seems to know more than he should about them. Since Haruto and Saki are twins, are they both experiments if that's true, then what's been going on this past week with my Dad. Nothing is making sense anymore, I don't understand anything.

Sasuke POV

Sai had walked up to me, appearing soon after the Anbu. "Sasuke, I have news you might be interested in" Sai started and I turned to him. "It appears that rumor has being going around and one of the Anbu heard from a local in the Land of Waves that they saw Naruto leaving their village this morning" Sai explained. "We don't know how reliable this information is...but it's a start and it's best to double check just in case" Sai stated. "I agree, with the state of things, any clue on where Naruto could be heading next is needed" I agreed with Sai as I processed the news. "I'll head there myself, I best go now before the trail gets cold" I muttered. "Wait Sasuke, what going on" Boruto called out to me before I could head out.

He ran up to me, "what going to happen to Haruto" Boruto asked, his eyebrows furrowed, I turned my back on him. "Wait Sasuke, there's something you're not telling me about Haruto, I need to know..." Boruto questioned and although it didn't show on my face. I felt startled by the question a bit, I can't have him continue this line of questioning, there's something I need to do first. "Now's not the time, finding Naruto comes first..." I stated as I was quick to head for the Land of Waves. Ignoring Boruto's attempts to stop me to further question me. I'm sorry Boruto but Naruto comes first, his safety is our first priority, I need to stop him before he really does do something stupid.
