THERE WAS A LARGE CLASS of students gathered outside your class, and you realized exactly what part of the show you were witnessing.

"Looks like they're here to check out the competition," you remarked, crossing your legs as you sat on the table, clutching your school bag. The confrontation between the general studies and hero course students was about to happen, and there was no way you'd miss this entertaining scene.

"Honestly, people are such hooligans for that," Momo said, covering her nose as if the mere idea of being surrounded by protestors offended her. You couldn't help but love how she referred to chaotic moments with a touch of elegance. Rich girls truly were in a league of their own.

"We can't get out of here! What did we even do to you guys?" Mineta protested, waving his tiny arms in a panic.

"They're just scouting out the enemies, you small fry. We're the ones who survived the villain attack," Bakugo muttered, shoving his hands deep into his pockets as he stomped towards the door. The charms on your white shoes jingled as you jumped off the desk, eager to watch the drama unfold.

"Where there's drama, [Name] won't be far behind," Momo sighed, trailing after you.

"Out of my way, extras," Bakugo spat, glaring daggers at the crowd.

"DON'T GO CALLING PEOPLE YOU DON'T KNOW EXTRAS!" Iida exclaimed, doing his usual robot-like hand movements. Midoriya and Uraraka flinched beside him, wide-eyed.

You stood on your tiptoes to catch sight of your purple-haired friend pushing through the throng.

"Are all the students in the hero course this arrogant?" Shinso asked, rubbing the back of his neck as he surveyed the scene.

"Huh?" Bakugo tilted his head up, a dangerous smirk playing on his lips.

"Some of us in general studies couldn't make it into the hero course, but the school gave us another chance with this festival. If we perform well enough, we could take one of your spots," Shinso announced, his voice calm but laced with quiet determination. His eyes locked onto Bakugo, unwavering in the face of the blonde's simmering irritation.
