"We're here," Miguel said as the car came to a stop. "You're also lucky as hell," he said as Miguel opened the door for us. "I never knew there could be a luxury side of Jamaica." We were at our resort, and it was so beautiful and fresh. "I can't believe you made them get their own place," I said as we walked into the house.
"We need this whole place to ourselves, " Cooper said ," as he hit my butt. "That hurt," I said, laughing. "Where were you about to go?" I asked as he fixed his shirt. "I have a meeting," he said, then gave me a kiss. "Is it about June?" I asked, my voice changing when I mentioned her name."No, Freya, you don't have to worry about her ever again. I promise you she's the least of our worries. You just get some rest for our baby or call the girls over. I'll be back later. Love you," he said, kissing my forehead.

"Why the hell is she back now?" I asked Waylon as I hit the wall to let out some of my anger. "She said money isn't the problem anymore. He's growing up and starting to ask questions. Who the hell is the parent here, her or the kid?" "Cooper, this is Sophia's fault. She should have gotten rid of it in high school. That lying bitch," I said. "I don't care what you have to do, make it disappear. Don't let this hit the public. If Freya finds out about this, so help me God," I yelled. "I'll keep this under control. Calm down," Waylon said, typing away on his phone. "She agreed to keep her mouth shut as long as you meet him in private," Waylon said. "I will try to make adjustments. Can't make any promises."How far along are you now? Chloe ask as Tessa, and I am about to get in the pool. "I'll be five months next week," I say as I swim toward her. "That seems so fast," Chloe said. "Well, I didn't know I was pregnant for most of it. I'm so glad God let me see the signs because I was still taking the birth control pills," I say, looking at my small baby bump. "Wait, so you got pregnant on your birth control?" Tessa asks, confused.
"I don't think so because I was really responsible when it came to taking my medicine on time, so it had to be that day me and Cooper had sex before I started, but I made sure I was careful so I don't know if I didn't move quickly enough. Probably didn't," Chloe said out loud as we all started laughing. "Tessa, it was that same day we left the cake shop. I'm sorry about being a brat by the way. I should have tried to understand where you were coming from," I say, becoming emotional.
"Aww, don't cry Freya, you're good. I was just trying to do my job, that's all," Tessa says as she pulls me in for a hug. "Let's talk about you, Chloe," I say, smiling. "Oh yeah, Milo," Tessa says while we all look at her. "We're literally perfect for each other. It's hard finding someone that can match my energy, and y'all know I had a lot," Chloe said, putting her wet hair behind her ear. "What about you, Tessa?" I ask. "Are you sure?" she asks, worried about my feelings.
I shake my head yes, waiting for her to tell us about her and Waylon. "Well, our story didn't start like most. We were very good friends, but that was all. I always liked Waylon, but he never saw me that way. But as time went on, we started to work together and he opened up to me about his relationship problems. Being the good friend I was, I gave him the best advice I could, hoping they could work it out. I was his friend when it came to him opening up. I didn't let my feelings get in the way.
"And Waylon tried so hard to make it work, but once he started to notice that I was everything he wanted June to be, he stopped. And I know it was wrong and we should have never started it, but it's like I couldn't let him go, maybe because I knew she was no good for him. We made each other happy. My grandma Lara always said there were two sides to a story and I'm so glad I got to know yours."
"Tessa, you better get off Freya before her husband beats you up," Waylon said as the men walked outside where we were. "Nobody's scared of Cooper," she said with a laugh as she continued to rub my belly. "And suddenly, a cold, dangerous voice enters, 'Stop touching my wife,' Cooper said as he spoke to Tessa but only made eye contact with me. He could have killed me with his eyes. I swim towards Cooper as the men get into the pool. He wastes no time coming behind, rubbing his hands down my body. 'Mine,' he told Tessa as he came in for a kiss. 'Cooper, stop being so jealous,' I say with a laugh.
