The Razor Crest jumped as we landed on Tatooine, and I jolted forward, the impact a little stronger than it was supposed to be. Hand gripping the side of the co-pilot seat, I let out a heavy breath.
"You call that a landing?" Miggs posed.
Mando and I turned at the same, slowly facing Mayfield who sat in the seats behind us. "Would you like to try flying this rust bucket?" I questioned.
He shook his head. "I suppose not."
Rolling my eyes then, I turned to the controls, shutting down the ships engines and checking the fuel gage.
"Rust bucket?" Din tried, leaning over me to properly pull back the accelerator.
I looked at him through the visor. "I love this ship Din," I muttered, "but its in serious need of new parts."
His silence was the only agreement that I needed, turning back to Miggs then and giving him a smile.
"I'll walk you to the Cantina," I told him, "just to make sure that you don't get into trouble."
"Me getting into trouble?" he countered. "Kar, you know me better than that."
"Yes," I replied, standing up and placing a hand on his shoulder as I passed by him. "You are the one starting the trouble, are you not?" He only smirked in response.
Miggs was first to leave the ship, bags in hand. Din and I followed with the kid not far behind.
"I'll make sure he gets there, and when I get back, we'll go find this non-existent town," I told him.
I could tell that he was giving me a look through the visor. "I'll ask Peli if she has any idea where it could be on the map."
"You think she'll know?" I returned.
He sighed. "Let's hope so."
"Aria!" Peli greeted, enclosing me in a tight hug.
"How've you been Peli?" Giving her a smile, I hugged her back.
"Oh, you know how it is." When she pulled away, taking up my hand to look at the Beskar wedding band. "Tie the knot, did you?"
"Something like that."
"Hey Kar!" Miggs called, walking backwards through the exit. "You coming?"
Sighing heavily, I cast a look back at Din before following my friend. "I'll be back soon. Don't do anything reckless." It was pointed at my husband.
"I'm never reckless," Mando tried.
"You're a terrible liar!" I called after him, wrapping my arm around Miggs'. "Don't ever change!"

"So..." Miggs spoke first, turning his head to look at me as we strolled down the streets of Tatooine.
"So..." I dragged in return, hair down and blowing in the wind. It had been a long time since I could see the length of it, and it now surpassed my shoulders.
"Are you gonna be alright on you own?" he posed. "With him?"
"Mayfield," I tried, turning my head away.
"Not Mando," he assured. "With Maul kicking around in your head."
My gaze shot to his and the pit of my stomach knotted. "What are you talking about?"
