"I really need a water break." I winced, pulling away from Clara's touch. She was like a machine. Once she started she couldn't be stopped.
"I'll get it for you." She pulled me back between the dark gray sheets, kissing my cheek before jumping out of the bed. I settled back, feeling the sleepiness take over my body. Which wasn't a surprise really. The sun was already going down, when I could get her to stop touching me.
Clara barely gave me 10 minute breaks between rounds, I have no idea how she did it. Actually I have no idea how I survived. When she wasn't making me come, she was kissing me, my lips or any part of my body. This was the first time she fully broke physical contact in hours.
"Sleepy?" My eyes opened, when I heard her voice. She was standing on my side of the bed, placing a glass of water and another full bottle of water on the nightstand.
"Surprised?" I asked back with a smile. I was very confident when I was topping, but I was weak to my core when she looked at me like she did at the moment, eyes dangerously dark, smiling so wide that I lost my mind. "I really can't come again."
I didn't take my eyes off her as I watched her climb over to her own side, laying down, while I was halfway sitting up, drinking from the glass.
"I believe with the right motivation you can achieve things you don't think you would be able to." For some weird reason she was still in a shirt and in her shorts. Clara ran her finger along the sheet that covered my body. Her eyes were following the movement on my chest, watching it rise and fall faster under her attention.
"Honey." I brushed her brunette hair behind her ear, my hand running along her jaw. "Give me a break."
"Alright." She gave in, waiting until I placed the glass on the nightstand again, then pulling me down to her.
"Wow." Her quick movement caught me off guard, but I settled into her hug right away. My hands were still on her jaw, while she held my waist as our foreheads touched. "Are you tired?"
"No." She shook her head, but her brown eyes were closed. I smiled, kissing her lips gently, causing her eyes to open when I pulled away.
"Did you have a fun birthday?" I really think I achieved what I wanted. Though I thought there would be more eating from the food, I was still satisfied with the outcome. I was praying that she wasn't coming home while I was still decorating. I had a team who made the things and Rebekah and Hayley helped me to place everything. I wasn't really planning on telling this detail to Clara, since I don't think she would be charised by the idea of strangers in her home.
"Best birthday ever." Her thumb caressed my side gently.
"You are exaggerating." I rolled my eyes, but my cheeks still blushed.
"Seriously." She pulled me even closer and my heart beated even faster. "Best. Birthday. Ever." She kissed my cheeks and forehead between the words. "Thank you."
"I'm happy you liked it."
"I loved it." She corrected me and I swear for a second she was blushing.
"You are cute." I grinned watching the redness spread even further on her pretty face.
"No." She rolled her eyes, letting go of me, laying on her back.
"Adorable?" I offered, watching her get even redder.
"We both know these are not the words that would rightfully describe me." She glanced at me for a second from the side, but quickly looked up at the ceiling again.
