Two Years Later,
"Boys where is mama?" Bucky said as he came in from meetings
"Mama is upstairs daddy, she hasn't been feeling good daddy." Ezra said
"Yeah Mama has been sick all day..we have been taking care of her. We have her all of our stuffies, crackers and jello..cause mama wouldn't let us make soup." Nathaniel said
"Aww well aren't you to a bunch of little sweethearts." He said as he picked up the boys.
They went upstairs, he found Tessa laying in their bed covered by stuffed animals, and a puke bucket on the floor.
"Aww baby why didn't you call me or mom if it was this bad." He said as he sat the boys down.
"You were busy, and your mom has the flu." She said
"Well now I'm home, and can take over. Boys get your shoes on we will go to the commissary to get mama some stuff." He said
The twins ran out, he went to fell her head. "Bucky..I don't think I'm sick with the flu or a bug...so if you don't mind get a pregnancy test." She said softly
He looked at her, "We haven't been trying granted we haven't been safe either." He said
"I know but please get one cause I'm late.' she said
"Ok" he said as the twins came back in with shoes and jackets on.
"Alright boys operation make mama better let's go.." he said
"Yes sir daddy" they said in unison
They started to march out of the bedroom and down the stairs. Bucky got what they wanted to get to make for Tessa, then got them a toy each to distract them from asking what condoms, and jellies and pregnancy tests were.
After they returned they all ate dinner, Bucky did bedtime routine with the boys once they were settled. He joined Tessa in the bathroom.
"What's the result?" He said
"We are pregnant." She said as she held up the test.
They shared a kiss as he held her cheeks. "Mmm good I hope this one is an other boy." He said
She giggled, "You love me.." she said
"I do but a little mini you..I'm gonna have to kill a boy and I don't want to do that darlin." He whispered
She just shook her head as they went to bed. They decided to be surprised at delivery to know the gender. Tessa had another c section, and the moment the doctor said "It's a girl"
"Better get those guns ready daddy." Tessa said
"Oh they have been.." he said
Once their little girl had been cleaned and measured she was brought to their maternity room. Bucky took off his shirt, and did skin to skin with her she clutched her tiny hand around his dog tags.
"Oh little Brynn Clover Barnes, what am I going to do with you." He whispered
A few hours later Winnie and James came in with the boys.
"Boys meet your baby sister Brynn Clover.' Bucky said
"Baby sister...oooo look Nate we get a sister." Ezra said as they sat beside Bucky.
He helped them hold her, then the rest of the family came in. They all took turns holding her, and gushing over her name. After everyone left, Tessa fed her and changed her. Bucky took her back to do skin to skin again.
"My little princess..and my queen." He said as he looked to Tessa.
