The next few weeks we spent every free moment in the library, looking through ancient texts , trying to reveal the meaning behind the letters "K.W." and the link to the date "April 30th." Each of us had our own tasks: Rose tried to steal information from Lestrange, Iris from Abraxas and I from Nott. But the boys were careful and guarded, revealing nothing that could help us.

The library became our second home. The scent of aged parchment surrounded us as we delved into volumes on wizarding history. It was on a particularly stormy evening, with rain hitting against the tall windows, that we finally found somehting.

Rose's voice cut through the silence. "I think I've found it."

Iris and I hurried over to where she sat, an old, dusty book open before her. The title read Forgotten Covenants and Dark Pacts of Ireland.

"Listen to this" Rose said. "In the year 1666, a coven of pagan witches in Ireland formed a secret society known as the Knights of Walpurgis. They worshiped the pagan celtic gods, a sacred festival celebrated on April 30th, when it was believed that the veil between the mortal world and the spirit world was at its thinnest. The Knights performed rituals to harness dark powers, seeking dominion over magical and non-magical beings alike."

Iris's eyes widened. "That must be it. 'K.W.' stands for 'Knights of Walpurgis."

I nodded wondering. "And April 30th is Walpurgis Night. They're planning something malicious in that occasion."

Rose's brow furrowed in concern. "But what could they be planning? And why would Tom and the others be involved in something so dangerous?"

"We need to find out more." Iris said firmly. "There must be more information in these books."

"I think it's time we take a more active approach" Rose said, her voice determined. "We can't just sit back and wait for them to make a move."

Iris nodded. "Agreed. But how do we get closer to them without raising suspicion?"

I swallowed hard. "My familiar Coral w keep an eye on Tom. He won't even suspect a cat."

The next morning, I woke early as the dawn light casted a soft glow over Tom's sleeping form. I paused for a moment, watching him. Even in sleep, his features were strikingly handsome, his dark hair layed against the pillow. After getting ready, I met Iris and Rose for breakfast. The Great Hall was buzzing with the usual morning chatter but our corner of the table was more subdued, our minds still preoccupied with our recent discoveries. We spent the day in the library, working on an assignment for professor Dumbledore but the weight of my secret loomed over me.

During a break, Rose and Iris turned to me, their expressions earnest. "Adrian" Rose began, "we're so glad you're with us. Fate brought us together for a reason."

Iris nodded, her eyes warm with sincerity. "You're one of us, dear. We trust you."

Guilt gnawed at me. I had been hiding my true nature from them and it was time to come clean. "Meet me at midnight in the boathouse" I said quietly. "There's something I have to show you."

As the full moon rose high in the sky, I made my way to the boathouse. The night was cold, the air crisp with the chill of winter. I slipped into the lake, feeling the familiar sensation of my siren form taking over. The water was freezing but it energized me, recharging my powers under the lunar light. Rose and Iris arrived, wrapped in Potter's invisibility cloak. They approached cautiously, their breaths visible in the frigid air.

"Adrian, what are you doing out here?" Rose called, her voice tinged with concern. "It's freezing!"

I swam closer to the shore, revealing myself to them as I sat on the wooden boat. Their eyes widened in shock as they saw my siren form, my tail shimmering under the moonlight. I said, my voice steady despite my nerves. "I'm a siren."

Iris and Rose stared at me, their expressions a mix of awe and confusion. "A siren?" Iris repeated, her voice barely above a whisper.

I nodded. "I come from a kingdom beneath the sea. Here's my story..." I told them about my royal family, about the magic I was born with and how it was the reason why I was sent here to Hogwarts so I could not turn into an evil sea sorcerer like Ursula.

Rose stepped forward, her eyes wide with curiosity. "Why didn't you tell us before?"

"I was scared and I couldn't say anything yet" I admitted. "I didn't know how you'd react. But I trust you both and it's time you knew the truth. But you should keep this a secret. Nobody has to know."

Iris took a deep breath, processing what I'd just revealed. "So, after all this time, you've been hiding this from us?"

"Yes" I said. "But no more. You deserve to know and i trust you."

Rose reached out with a laugh, her hand warm against my cold skin. "We're with you, Your Highness hahahahaha. No matter what."

Iris screamed "Oh my God I can't belive this. It's so unreal."

We spent the rest of the night by the lake, talking and sharing stories. I explained more about my heritage, the kingdom under the sea and the powers I possessed. The moonlight reflected off the water, casting an ethereal glow around us.

As the first light of dawn began to break, I felt a sense of relief wash over me. The weight of my secret had been lifted and I knew that I could face whatever challenges lay ahead with my friends by my side.

Rose and Iris stood by the shore, shivering but resolute. "Let's head back" Iris said, her voice gentle.

I nodded, transforming back into my human form. As we made our way back to the castle, I felt relieved. I was no longer hiding. At least not from them.
