A/N: I'm so sorry for not posting a second time last weekend, I got really busy and couldn't. I hope you enjoy this chapter <33333

Sophie teleported to the cafe where everything was revealed. She went into a bathroom and changed outfits. She wore black leggings and a long sleeve black dress that fell down to her knees, she topped it with a dark hooded cloak and knee high boots. She sat in a shadowed corner of the place, her hood covering her face.

She stared at the door, waiting until she finally saw someone in a black slip through the door. They sat down across from her and slowly pulled off their hood. Alvar.

"He told me you would show up, I honestly didn't believe it but...family knows family," Alvar said with a smile.

Sophie kept her hood on, hiding her expression, "Not here for a discussion Alvar. Bring me to my father please."

"Your wish is my command, M'lady," Alvar said with a duck of his head in a fake bow, "Let's take you to the boss." Alvar led them outside, and held up a pathfinder, "You ready to take a leap of faith?"

Sophie rolled her eyes, grabbing the Pathfinder, "Enough of the dramatics, no wonder the Neverseen drugged you with soporidine; they just wanted to get rid of you."

Alvar rolled his eyes, "Rude much?"

Sophie tilted her head, "Like father, like daughter." Then, she walked through the path of light the Pathfinder created.

When she rematerialized she was standing in a forest, facing a giant mansion. It loomed over her and seemed more imposing the closer she walked to it. The doors opened slowly, creaking as if they were from some horror movie. She walked into a large lobby, dark blood-colored rugs covered the floor and a grand staircase took up most of her field of vision. It felt as though there should be cobwebs everywhere, but everything was clean, almost sparkling. A lit fire lay in a fireplace off to the right, its crackling sound the only sound in the room. She stood awkwardly in the center of the room, Alvar had apparently decided to stay outside. A cloaked figure, briskly walked down the stairs, stopping in front of Sophie.

"I told you I would see you soon," A voice said, flipping off his hood to reveal himself.

"Hi, Dad."

Gethen smiled, "I'm glad you came to your senses. Let's get you settled in."

Gethen led her up the stairs and into a giant room—as big as her room at home. On one side, there was a four-poster bed, couches, and a bookshelf, and on the other side, there was a workout area with more weapons than she could count to train with.

"Wow, when Keefe joined he said he had to share a room with like 3 other people and the base was small and cramped,"

"Yes, but Keefe wasn't the daughter of the leader,"

Sophie shook her head, "But he was the son of the leader,"

Gethen sat down in a chair, his body spread out grandly as if he didn't have a care in the world, "What you need to understand little one, is that Lady Gisela was only using Keefe for his powers, I want you to rule this group with me. I know you have the intellect and power to take control and I'm so proud you finally took a stand and went somewhere you are appreciated."

Sophie smiled, "I'm glad too, what are we doing today?"

Gethen stood up and made his way over to the door, "Please, take the day to get settled. Since I repaired our relationship with some gnomes they will be helping you get fitted for a Neverseen cloak and help you with anything you need."

"Oh, umm, thank you?"

"You're welcome," Gethen said before walking out, not letting her say anything else.

Sophie turned around and faced her bed. She walked over and flopped down. Everything was finally hitting her, what she had done and who she was now. Then she heard a knock at her door.

A gnome came in and the rest of the day was a flurry of motion. The gnome measured her for a cloak and apparently other clothes that would be good for what she was going to be doing in the future. She tried to leave her room when she was all done with that, and a cloaked Neverseen member appeared.

"What do you need?" They asked politely, "Some secret intel so you can sell us out?" The member asked rudely, changing their tone.

Sophie rolled her eyes, "Ugh, forget it." She turned around and marched back in her room.

They didn't respect her, which she could understand. It just wasn't acceptable, not if she was going to be leader. Tomorrow she would prove her worth and make them all fear her, making them all realize she was worse than all of them. Being evil was in her blood, and if she had to spill some to prove it, so be it.
