Firstly, usually I see people in the comment section of certain videos saying that the Xristian bible is the Tanakh for gentiles, which is not true. We are permitted to read the Tanakh, even outside of the Torah portion. You do not have to be a Jew to read Tanakh. For beginners, I would recommend Sefaria, use commentaries to clarify the questions you have for the portion. For further clarifications, watch the new ravs that I have recommended to you earlier.
Let's clarify common misconception, The Satan meaning "The Adversary" is as his name suggest, he is the persecuting angel that tempts mankind to sin, but the difference is that in Xristianity, he rebelled against G-d's "wishes" whereas in Noahide and Jewish beliefs, he does not have his own agenda, which means he does not have free will, remember that G-d made both, good and evil.
There is no dualism, G-d made The Satan much as a tool, after all, He does not create anything without a purpose.
Know that HaShem gives you the best possible option, even though it might seem like the worst compared to other people, even when you are in the worst situation, know that, that was the best option possible available to you.
Do not try to understand HaShem for He does not think like us, His thoughts are not like ours.
Even through hard times...if you do not think that of crying out to the Adon-i, you would need to learn the Tanakh and memorized its contents to memory, is the best answer that I could think of for you.
For those wondering: "But Fiona, doesn't Tanakh cost money?"
The answer is yes, but there are free sources online like Sefaria and Chabad's Tanakh that includes commentary. If you want physical books, most people would recommend Artscroll, which is hard cover print, unlike paperbacks, it would not tear or wear down with age.

Baruch HaShem, for having Rabbis that address all these questions about Noahidism, to know that we are not alone in this as righteous gentiles.
I hope my book was particularly helpful towards newer Noahides, as someone who has been a Noahide for a few months, as of currently, as I am writing this down onto this platform, of millions of individuals. ☺️
Baruch HaShem.
It is always good to thank HaShem for all He has given you, including the more unhappy times. It is all in your best interest, so do not try to understand His Reasonings for things, like I have said before.
Stray away from idolatry and worship the G-d of Israel only, to go about in His Ways that He decreed for you, and to not be led astray by idolatry, even by family who seeks to turn you away from HaShem, for when you fear Him and go about in His ways, just know that the L-rd of The Universe, would reward you, in life or in the afterlife. As long as you continue going about His Ways and to not stray from it. Then shall all that you did, be counted as good deeds.
Baruch HaShem, blessed be Him.
