Considering the impact of diet on physical, mental, and aesthetic well-being, the author sought to create a comprehensive picture of Dietetics - the art of living - through four books. However, as he wrote, it became clear that something important w...
"We are drowning in information and starving for wisdom. The world will henceforth be driven by 'synthesizers' – people who can take the right information at the right time, think critically about it, and make wise choices" – Edward O. Wilson, American biologist.
Wisdom instead of information. When I started writing my first book about diets, I was faced with the paradox of our time: we have access to a huge amount of information, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to find the truth in it. I immersed myself in scientific articles, and statistics, but the deeper I dug, the more questions arose. It turned out that the scientific approach, dividing everything into separate elements, does not always help to understand complex systems and their interactions, such as the human body and psyche. It was like trying to assemble a mosaic from an infinite number of pieces but without a ready-made template. Only later did I realize that it is wise not just to collect facts but to synthesize them to see the whole picture. And then I realized how relevant Edward O. Wilson's words sound: that we are drowning in information but thirsty for wisdom.

Diets: My Journey from Chaos to Awareness. My first encounter with diets began in my youth, when, under the influence of cultural stereotypes, I aspired to the ideal of "thin is beautiful." For decades, I followed various diets: from keto and Mediterranean to mono-diets. Each of them had its own promises but often turned into disappointment. Over time, I realized that a diet is not a universal recipe, but part of a more complex picture. It is a combination of different components related to dietary choices. My experience has taught me a simple conclusion: diets, when considered in isolation, often lead to even more chaos.
Beyond diets. Finally, I realized that scientific analysis is only part of the path to truth. To see the whole picture, you need to rise above the details of diet analysis and look at the problem as a whole. This is how the idea was born to synthesize knowledge from different fields - from physiology to self-love - into a single system. It was a long and difficult journey, but in the end, I created a program of five books. It is like pieces of a puzzle that connect five topics that influence our dietary choices: physiology, psychology, aesthetics, dietetics, and self-love. I hope it will help other people understand this difficult issue. The modern world provides us with an endless stream of information, but to find the truth in it, we need the ability to synthesize. This idea formed the basis of my program, combining knowledge from many sciences to create a single system for health, beauty, and happiness. As a result, the created program "Beyond Diets: Synthesis of Health, Beauty and Happiness" allowed us to see what is beyond diets.
