Rugged hands pulled the pulse bands off from my fingers. Ibiki, the sharp, intimidating man held indifference in his gaze. The Yamanaka head was in the corner, using his signature jutsu to enter my mind for the past hour. I decided to keep silent throughout it all unless spoken to, cooperating with ease.

It didn't seem to surprise Ibiki in the slightest.

There were multiple ways they gathered information from me. One: the one-way mirror within the dim, small room. Two: the polygraph that had kept record of my pulse. Three: Ibiki's dagger-like words that could make a guilty man break into tears. And four: The Yamanaka head's jutsu, Inoichi's mind reading.

"That will do." Inoichi sighed, unbinding me from the chair.

My wrists felt release from the tightness, leaving red marks.

Ibiki flicks his wrist, then guiding me out of the interrogation room. We left behind the blond man, soon entering the Fifth's office.

Tsunade had been sitting at the Hokage's desk. For a moment, I thought I saw the late Third smile at me with his pipe. I shook it off, watching Ibiki approach her.

"Kumo Kazumi is not a traitor." Ibiki concludes, "From what we've uncovered, it was a kidnapping. She shown unwillingness from the start. As for Uchiha Sasuke, his intentions of leaving are sure." He then set down a file for Tsunade to inspect.

"You may leave." She nods, instantly opening it.

Ibiki bows his head slightly before turning around and leaving the room. Despite it being just us left, I knew ANBU lurked. Couldn't sense them, but I knew. A strict protocol every Hokage acquires.

All in which knowledge I knew from my late uncle.

I was stiff in the joints, gripping my already abused wrists behind my back. I'd squeeze each time Tsunade exhaled out of her nose.

"Immortality jutsu." Tsunade suddenly spoke, "What do you know of it?"

I purse my lips, raising a brow. Surely Inoichi would've written down the majority of the details, and it was no secret that the Fifth knew of Orochimaru's plans.

My purpose.

 "I am a vessel..."

"He must replace his body with a newer and stronger one before his current one succumbs."
