The Mist Mission: Enemy Encounter

The surrounding area was a complete white. As if stepped through a cloud, a small boat floated atop the calm waters. The misty air was certainly the perfect touch for a village Hidden in the Mist. Kazumi almost felt momentarily suffocated from the watery air, her nostrils not accustomed to it.

"What a thick mist..." Sakura spoke in awe, "I can't see ahead..."

Team Seven, alongside Tazuna, sat in the small wooden boat whilst it was being rowed by a man, who was an ally of Tazuna's. 

Kazumi impulsively raised her hand out, admiring the puffy whiteness making her entire limb disappear. It moistened her skin the same way her nose. If one were to fall off boat, one surely would not be seen from again. 

Naruto and Sakura sat in front of her, both leaned ahead. Like her, they were trying to see through the mist. Sasuke was sat next to Kazumi, not all much impressed by the stark difference. Kakashi sat behind the two introverts, Tazuna by him. And behind them was the rowing man, at the very end of the boat.

"We should see the bridge soon." The man rowing the boat suddenly said, "The Wave country is at the base of the bridge."

A few seconds after he said that Naruto immediately beamed at something up ahead, "Wow!!! It's huge!!" He shouted out, snapping Kazumi out of her awestruck daze.

She looked up at Naruto, then over her shoulder to Tazuna's indifference.

"Hey! Be quiet!" The rowing man hissed, "Why do you think we're hiding in this mist and not using the engine?" He rhetorically asked, "We'll be in deep trouble if Gatou finds us."

Gatou.

Kazumi's face hardened as she was then brought back into her memories from hours ago. Tazuna had took a wry sip of his sake.

"I want to talk to you..." Tazuna suddenly said, the attention being brought onto the old man and away from the tied-up twins. Upon their silence, he continued, "It's about this mission..."  Tazuna then walked up to stand closer to team seven as he continued to speak, "You're right, this job is most likely outside of your duties. It turns out that a super dangerous man is after my life..."

"' Super dangerous man'...?" Kakashi then asked, "Who?"

Tazuna merely sighed as he proceeded to talk, "You've probably at least heard his name before." His tone sounded as if the old man was completely over it. Suppressing a grunt, he continued, "The wealthy shipping magnate— A man named Gatou."

Kazumi held no reaction, not informed by Gatou's existence. Based on her teammate's flat expressions as well, they, too, had no clue. 

Kakashi's eyes instantly went wide, "Huh!? Gatou...!? From that Gatou company? He's said to be one of the world's few extremely wealthy people."
