Three months later

"What the hell is going on?! That barely even took much chakra!" Naruko huffed crossing her arms. Her lovers who were all training alongside her, turned to give her their attention, "what's wrong?" Sasuke asked. "I can't conjure a shadow clone!" Naruko said running her fingers through her hair.

"Calm down, perhaps it has something to do with your pregnancy" Itachi suggested. Sasuke snorts and glared at Kakashi who merely looked back with a 'suck it up' expression. After Kakashi and Naruko left the hospital Naruko told Kakashi maybe it would be better to wait a few days before telling the others she was pregnant.

But no, as soon as they got home and Naruko got her rest, Kakashi rounded up the other mates and proudly revealed Naruko was expecting their first child, he would be a father, he has an heir now, and they would be co-parenting until they have children of their own.

Sasuke was absolutely livid, Itachi and Neji held Sasuke back from charging at Kakashi, "Sasuke control yourself, you are acting like a mad dog" Kakashi scolded with a scoff. "How did this happen?!" Sasuke had demanded. "Sasuke, surely you know how reproduction works, when a man and woman loves each other-" but Kakashi was cut off by Sasuke throwing a shuriken at him, Kakashi dodged by tilting his head. "You know what I mean Kakashi! Explain!"

Kakashi sighed, but quickly told of Naruko's heat and how it happened on the full moon and his beast had took over, and she was at her most fertile and his inner beast took advantage of that fact. Now she is pregnant with the future daughter or son for the Hatake clan.

"My child with Naruko was supposed to be first, not yours" Sasuke grumbled pettily, causing Kakashi to laugh.

Now back to the present

Naruko tried to conjure two more shadow clones but failed, she was getting antsy. What was happening? Was her pregnancy affecting her chakra? But when she asked the fox he said he sensed nothing wrong with the baby.

Kakashi narrowed his eyes, he didn't feel good about this, the odds of Naruko not being able to use even the most limited amount of chakra was troubling. "Let's visit Tsunade, maybe she can enlighten us" he suggested.

"I'll come too" Sasuke said trying to hide the worry in his voice but failing. "Yeah, you're probably right, although I'm sure this is probably nothing" Naruko expected to walk, but Sasuke suddenly sweeped her off her feet and shunshined to the hospital leaving Kakashi, Itachi and Neji behind.

"God damn it Sasuke!" Kakashi cursed in annoyance before he shunshined after them.

Itachi frowns and crosses his arms. He hoped this was nothing serious, but his intuition, which was hardly ever wrong, told him they would be hearing some troubling news soon.

Meanwhile with Kakashi, Sasuke and Naruko, they were at the hospital in the waiting room and quickly finds the busty blonde medic. Naruko can tell her mates were trying to keep from panicking, but we're having a hard time

Surely--they reassured themselves--Tsunade would be able to tell what was wrong with Naru and fix her.

"Alright I'm here now, let's have a look at her, Naru please come to my examination room." The cinnamon eyed woman instructs and the trio follows Tsunade straight into the room she mentioned

Tsunade frowns. She could see that Sasuke was only one or two breaths away from losing it and Kakashi had his arm around Naruko in a very protective manner. Also, Naruko looked so nervous right now, that was just wrong. None of this was a good sign in her mind.
