"Finally our mission is over, we can go home and relax" Naruko said with a smile as she walked along with Sasuke, Kakashi and Sakura. She walked between Sasuke and Kakashi, her hand would occasionally brush against theirs, and she would hold back an amused smile when she'd see from the corner of her eye Sasuke blushing and Kakashi tensing up.

"I'm thinking of hitting the hot springs once we get back to Konoha, as well as a celebratory dinner, what do you say Sasuke?" Naruko asked the boy.

"Sounds fun" he mumbled. Naruko smirked "Don't you want to accompany me?" She asked innocently. Kakashi looked at Sasuke for his reaction, his sole eye widening at the implication.

Sasuke turned redder "A-accompany you? To the..the hot-" he was cut off by Naruko's giggle "to DINNER silly, what were you thinking about?" She pretended to look curious, making Sasuke step away from her and cross his arms, frowning, trying to avoid her gaze. "Nothing" he muttered. He could not believe he honestly thought Naruko was offering to bathe with him again

Swimming in the lake together was one thing, but bathing together in the hot springs was-

"Snap out of it!" He scolded himself. "You're no pervert, Naruko can be oblivious sometimes but you will NOT take advantage of that, you're an Uchiha, Uchiha men are traditional, gentlemen, who treat women with respect!"

Sakura scowled at the attention Naruko had, sandwiched between Kakashi and Sasuke. She suddenly threw herself against Sasuke and hugged his arm "Sasuke! When we get back, wanna go on a date?" She batted her lashes and pouted her lips, hoping he would find her cute.

Sasuke gave her an annoyed look. "No thanks" he deadpanned.

"EHHH?! my Sasuke-kun rejected me! But why?!" She glared at the blonde with disdain in her eyes. "I'm sure it's because of that bitch Naruko! I'll get you somehow, I don't know how yet but one day I will!"

Naruko resisted the urge to roll her eyes or throw a kunai at Sakura for the intense glare she was getting. She didn't want her mood ruined by the pink bitch, so she let Sasuke deal with Sakura and slower her pace. Kakashi noticed this and slowed down his pace as well

"Kakashi-sensei" she spoke softly, looking at him with a gentle gaze. "Would you like to, join me and Sasuke for our celebratory dinner?" She offered. Kakashi was surprised, he took in her hopeful look and the pretty smile aimed at him, how could he say no? And it's not like he has any plans either

"Sure Naruko, after all we deserve it after such a job well done" he reached to pat her head.

Naruko grabbed his hand and placed it against her cheek instead, leaning against it, she looked at him with half lidded eyes, her diamond blue viewers hypnotizing him. Kakashi felt his heart beat faster the more he stared into those gorgeous orbs

Breathaking, amazing, dazzling, those were words he'd use to describe those eyes. Those eyes...and herself...

"Kakashi-sensei" Naruko giggles his name, keeping his hand firmly pressed against her cheek. "Your hand is so big, it could cover my whole face, do you think when I'm older my face would still fit your hand?"

"That's just because you're so small" Kakashi chuckled. Naruko pouted. Kakashi's eyes strayed to her pink lips "I'm not THAT small, I'm still growing"

"Enough" he thought weakly. "Pull away"  from what? From her?

Naruko seemed to have read his mind, because she removed his hand from her face and stepped back, smiling innocently yet at the same time there was an air of mischief surrounding her.

"We should catch up with Sasuke and Sakura" Naruko said before jogging to the other two members of their team, who had already gotten a few yards ahead
