Blanca.
Today it was time for a social experiment of my own, I was bringing my siblings along to babysitting. I knew that Ty didn't really like or get on with his family (slowly now excluding Benny), but in my opinion being close with your family was the most important thing ever so if he didn't like his I would give him mine.
Ty frowned at me as the four of us walked in the door, "what are they doing here?"
I shrugged innocently, "they're all fire hazards too, my parents wanted them out of the house."
"Blanca." He prompted narrowing his eyes.
"Look, I know you don't really get on with your family and to be honest that breaks my heart a little so I figured maye you'd get on with mine." I told him.
"I already told you I'm fine with it."
"Well I'm not so humour me, okay?"
He rolled his eyes, "fine. At least they're not totally useless at football so there's a start."
"Hey!" Emmaunel called clearly offended, "I'm a bit better than totally useless thank you very much. I could kick your ass on the field in my sleep."
Ty snorted, "not if you keep that up you can't," he gestured to the cookies Emmanuel had halped himself too, "save some for the rest of us fatty, or your sisters will have to roll you onto the field."
Alfie, Ella and I burst out laughing at the comment, "I like this one," Alfie said grinning, "we should bring him around more often."
"You're a little shit." Emmanuel said accusingly as he pointed a cookie at Ty, "but you're a funny one and I can get behind that. Now let's play some video games, because you might be better than me at football one day but I can guarantee that you will never beat me at Mario Cart."
"You're on." Ty challanged, "prepare to cry yourelf to sleep."
"Are you talking to the mirror there? The only tears I'll be crying are tears of victory when I crush you." Emmanuel replied as they took their seats.
"In your dreams."
I knew the two of them would hit it off, in Maine Emmanuel had been to busy following Kya around like a lost puppy to pay much attention to anyone else but now that he was clear headed he would make for great company.
"He talks a lot of smack for a twelve year old." Ella mused fondly, "I love it. We should have him around to humble Emmanuel more often."
"I completely agree, plus the fact that he's twelve makes it so much better. Do you think Emmanuel will beat him?" Alife continued.
I shook my head, "not a chance in hell. Ty spends most of his time hiding from his family and he spends his time hiding playing video games. Emmanuel is going to lose big time."
"Maybe we should ask Ty to let him win, if E loses we'll never hear the end of it. He'll whinge for days." Ella muttered laughing.
"It wouldn't matter if we did, because Ty would never let him win." I replied grabbing the cookies my brother has started, "come on lets go watch."
"Okay okay, enough of this, he's obviously cheating so I want to play a different game." Emmanuel demanded after Ty had wiped the floor with him for like the fifth time.
"Aw is someone a sore loser?" I teased my older brother messing up his hair, "are you embarassed because a twelve year old beat you?"
"I think you mean fucking floored him." Ty corrected smugly.
"Oh fuck right off, are you even old enough to be swearing? Get back to me when you've gone through puberty." Emmanuel retorted laughing.
"Right back at you, your sister has a deeper voice than you." Ty replied rolling his eyes.
