Blanca.
I made the wise decision of waiting outside for Benny to come get me because I did not need a repeat performance of him and Alfie. It was embarassing enough the first time. Waving as he parked the moped on the street I walked down to meet him.
"Have you been waiting outside for me the whole time?" He asked frowning as he handed me a helmet.
"Yes, you know how Alfie can be I have no intention of watching him give you another one of his 'I'll kick your ass if you hurt my sister talks', one was more than enough." I explained strapping it on. "Now let's go or we'll be late."
"We have half an hour to get there." Benny replied amused as he got on and I clambered on behind him.
"You're forgetting to factor in that you drive like a snail so we'll probaby need the whole half an hour." I teased him. I shrieked as the engine roared to life a moment later and the motorbike shot forwards at top speed, I wrapped my arms around Benny who was laughing his ass off, "you were saying?"
"You caught me off guard." I huffed as he sped across the streets shockingly quickly, clearly it was only boats and cars he had a problem with.
"Blanca?"
"Mhm?"
"Can you let go a bit? I can't breathe."
"Oh, sorry." I muttered loosening my grip around him, I hadn't realised I'd been holding on so tight, the speed wasn't so bad now that I was accustomed to it. I just hadn't expected it from him of all people. Not since I'd been in the passanger seat of the car when he was driving.
We managed to get to the cinema with a little time to spare. Benny scowled as we walked up to the ticket booth, "shit, I forgot she worked here."
I turned to look at the girl only to see it was Denise's best friend Rebecca, I didn't care but I had no doubt she was about to give Benny grief seeing as Denise had been hounding him for them to get back together since they broke up. I stumbled as a group of boys messing around behind us pushed into me, Benny grabbed my hand to steady me and glared at them, "do you mind?" they muttered some half assed apology before he looked back to em, "are you alright?"
I nodded, "I'm great."
"Good." He turned back to the ticket booth where Rebecca was glaring daggers at us and ordered the two tickets for 'Back to the Future'.
"It's sold out." She said coldly.
Benny rolled his eyes at her, "okay then give us two tickets for something that isn't."
"We only have a horror movie left, and the only seat left is a couple seat." Rebecca continued scowling at me.
"That's fine." Benny told her impatiently.
"In the back." She added giving him a pointed look.
"Again, that's fine. Now are you going to give me the tickets or what?"
She huffed stamping her foot on the floor, "what am I supposed to tell my friend?"
"You can tell your friend that she shouldn't stick her tongue down other guys throats if she wants to keep her boyfriends, and that maybe she should have thought about that before she made out with that bartender." Benny snapped, "anything else Rebecca?"
Furiously she printed off the tickets and ripped the out of the machine before handing them to him, "Denise is not going to like this."
"Well I guess it's a good thing we couldn't care less what she thinks." I snapped at her. With that said I pulled him along into the cinema, my patience with this girl had very much run out. "You couldn't have picked a girlfriend with less annoying friends?"
