"Som Malik!" Koyeli rushed to call Som, who was in his room. "Som Malik! Woh... Choti Malkin..."

Som instantly opened the door of his room and looked at Koyeli. "What happened to Boudi? Is she okay?"

"Please check... I don't know..."

Som instantly rushed to Bondita, followed by Koyeli. The moment Som entered the room, he saw Bondita looking at him.

"Som..." she muttered.

"Boudi..." Som could feel his eyes getting watery. He rushed to her side and started checking upon her. He still couldn't believe that Bondita was finally awake. He had to make sure it wasn't a dream. "You actually woke up?"

"Som... where is everyone?" she tried to sit but failed due to weakness.

"Let me help you," he said and started helping her to sit. "Koyeli, go and call everyone. Tell Kaka to call Dada. He is at the factory, I think."

Bondita finally sat and Som handed her a glass of water. "Drink water. I will tell Bihari to bring some food for you. You need actual food. For six months I had to give you food through this tube."

She simply nodded with a smile. She was happy to be back. But her eyes were dying to see her patibabu. She had to apologize. She was so stupid to run away in anger over a silly thing. She thought her patibabu didn't love her. How foolish was that! She acted so immature. She could read him like an open book then what happened to her that day? Why couldn't she understand his love? Why did she want a verbal confession?

"Bahu!" Trilochan stepped inside the room, almost running. He had happy tears in his eyes. "Bahu, you are finally awake!" He looked at Som, sitting near Bondita and told him, "Areh nalayak, hato aur mujhe mere bahu ke pas baitne do."

Som instantly got up with a chuckle and Trilochan sat. He patted Bondita's head lovingly. "Finally, you are awake, beta. I have been praying day and night for your recovery. You have no idea how happy I am. And your patibabu will be over the moon today. He—"

"Bondita," Chameli stepped in with a tight-lipped smile, followed by Bihari and Mala. "I am glad you are awake."

"Bahuraniji," Bihari muttered, super excited seeing her. "I will make hot luchi for you. What else do you want with luchi? Just order me."

Bondita chortled, a few drops of tears leaving her eyes. "Bhari babu... cook whatever you want for me. I missed your and Koyeli Didi's cooking."

"Okay. Let's go, Koyeli," Bihari uttered and they got out of the room.

"How are you, Kakasasurji?" she asked affectionately.

"Kakasasurji— my ears were yearning to hear that from you. You have no idea how everything changed without you. Ac—" he was interrupted by Som.

"Kaka, let's not give boudi too much stress right now, okay? Let her rest, please." He didn't want Bondita to know everything before she heard from Anirudh. The last thing he wished was more misunderstanding between Anirudh and Bondita.

"Exactly," Chameli agreed. "Bondita, I will call and inform your Keth Dada. He will be super pleased," with that, she left the room.

"Mala," Bondita called out, noticing she was just standing away in one corner. "Why are you so far away? Come here."

Mala's eyes widened at her gesture. It's been a while since someone actually cared for her, more like even acknowledged her. She didn't know how to reply to that, so she remained quiet.

"Kya hua?" Bondita inquired, furrowing her brows in confusion.

Trilochan and Som glanced at Mala.

"Mala Bahu," Trilochan said strictly, his smile faltering, "Go and help Bihari."
