was his last day home before he went to college but i didn't know i was invited because normally we would send tik tok ever now and again a reel on instagram or something but are communication
has been radio silent so i kinda thought the relationship was gonna just die out and i was processing in my own way "i wasn't aware i was invited but if you want me to come over i can"

so little back story which your probably gonna get a lot of these as time goes on of Jordan's past flings who don't really stay in the past like Anna Jordan runs track and so does she so they met at a track meet
about 2 years ago and started talking last year but they were always on and off like all his relationship but i guess since ima about to make my way over to his house im not better then the rest of them right

so my mom just dropped me off to jordan's house and i took a deep breath before walking in to hear laughing and loud music before walking in through the screen door immediately making his mom peep her head out the kitchen
"ouuuu look who decided to show her face" making everybody in the kitchen look at me making me laugh nervous before walking into the kitchen also "hey mom" she sucked her teeth and said "don't come hey mom me where you been"
i shrugged "you know your son we been beefing but he invited me over for his last day before school so i came now if it was any other day i would have stayed home" she rolled her eyes playfully
"girl you are apart of our family now you can come talk to us and come over whenever you need please ok especially since he's about to leave i don't know what i'm gonna do when i won't hear yall bickering and fighting around my house anymore"
i laughed "nah you'll still here it are relationship ain't dying no time soon and i will talk and come over more i promise" she smiled "well i'm making dinner so let your friend know your here and it should be done in a couple hours"
i nodded and started to make my way up the steps to the junky hallway filled with all jordan's belongings making me huff and start to step over shit until i got to the closed door
but i paused took a breath and knocked and it took a second but the door immediately opened "damn i ain't think you was finna come what took you so long" i sucked my teeth "i had to get in the shower you don't want me over here stinking do you"
he sucked his teeth "don't start that shit i just asked a question" i sucked my teeth righted back "don't ask me dumb ass questions you already know the answer to" i'm not being mean guys i just don't react well in uncomfortable situations
but right before we could start arguing we both heard "oh my goodness your even prettier in person hi" i cracked her another fake smiling not wanting to be here anymore "oh my gosh thank you your so beautiful to"

"i mean yeah it will but not all change is bad and if yalls relationship is meant to be yall will make it through him going to college plus your right behind us anyway shit go to the same school as him or something"
she huffed "your right i've just been worrying that he's gonna cheat or that he hasn't been telling me the whole truth and i really do love him Nini i just don't know if he's ready to be there for me like i am for him"
i shrugged "only time will tell where yalls relationship will stand but if your happy and you love him let those other thoughts fall down your back just be happy because if you don't your gonna self sabotage yourself and your relationship
so stop all that bad thinking and let's go get some bubble tea there's already to much to be sad about right now and your stressing yourself out even worse" she sighed "i'm just a chronic over thinker i think the worst and never can recover from my thoughts"
i nodded "i do the same thing but you gotta learn how to go with the flow girl i know i had to"
