Hey. sorry that it's been a while, but life just got in the way.

I went to see 2 plays this weekend and my cousin was in one and her friend was in the other.

the first was a wrenching story about a woman with encephalitis during the 70s (??) who receives an injection that wakes her up from her comatose state. she doesn't know who anyone is or what's happening, because as far as she knows she's still 16. It's quite sad.

The other one was this backwards ass story about a cabbie in London and nothing in it adds up and it's quite confusing and hard to explains but I loved it so fucking much to be quite honest

The first is called A Kind of Alaska and the other was called Victoria Station

I did get some writing done this weekend though. And tonight i had volleyball

I got my fucking ass kicked to be quite honest

The workouts burned my body and I had an anxiety attack and I just really fucked myself over cause I agreed to do this camp

It was from 5:30 to 9:00, and I thought I was fucking dying to be honest

And the coach seems like such a dick to be honest

But there was a cute freshman (I think his name was Austin?) and he looked like Peter Pan with blonde hair but he seemed like a dick too

I'm still quite hung up on that junior Will though :/ he just seems like such a cutie inside and out and fuck

qotd: when do yall go back to school?
aotd: August 24th, orientation the 21st

That's coming up, so I'm trying to get the story wrapped up by then

I hope that works out.

So idk but yeah.

Enjoy

"Hey," Logan greeted, giving her a hug. "Where have you been? Jimmy called me. He was all nervous."

"Ugh!" she exclaimed, almost flinging the box of pastries down in aggravation. How dare Jimmy call Logan to check on her!

"I'm sorry, did I-"

"Not you. Jimmy. We got in a bit of an argument about how he treats me like a child," she sighed, rubbing her forehead. Logan kissed her head.

"How about you take off your coat and sit down? We can talk about it, if you like," he offered. She sighed again.

"Sounds good. I um...I went to the North End. I grabbed you some lemon squares," she said, opening the Mike's box. He grinned.

"You're the absolute best."

"I am, aren't I?" she teased. He smiled again.

"Yeah, you are," he agreed, then asking for a kiss. She nodded, and he pressed his lips to hers. She smiled.

"I'm sorry," she said softly.

"Sorry?" Logan was confused.

"Everything that's happening with Jimmy. I know he hasn't exactly been...conventional. I'm sorry for how he's been acting. I had no idea."
