********************************"Hey, are we all ready to go?" Hazel asked the boys. They nodded. "Good. Is Jules here yet?"
"He just texted. He said five minutes, tops," Jimmy told her. She nodded.
"Alright, good. Great. Great. Good. Yeah. Great," she sighed, running her hand through her hair. Logan put his arm around her.
"Things are gonna go great, Haz. It's gonna be a great week," he said in her ear. She nodded, trying not to show just how nervous she was.
"Are you ready?" Jimmy teased lightly.
"No," she admitted, laughing nervously.
"Ay, Hazel, everything will be absolutely fine. And if not, kick Sam's and David's asses," he shrugged. The three of them let out awkward, almost forced, laughter. They then stood in silence. Luckily it was soon broken up by Julian's loud voice exclaiming,
"Hey kids!"
He came into the apartment wearing a striped shirt and jeans, along with a pair of RayBans propped up on his head.
"Hey, Jules," Hazel said, giving him a hug. Then he shook hands with Logan and Jimmy.
"Hey, Haz. Logan, Jimmy," he added.
"Where's Nikki?" Jimmy asked him. The two were generally inseparable.
"She's at home, sick. And Ashton's spending the day with Addy and Danny," he told them. "You three ready?"
"Yep," Jimmy nodded, and Logan took Hazel's hand. They made sure they had their things and locked the door behind them.
Their flight to O'Hare left at three fifteen, and it wouldn't get into Chicago until two and a half hours later. They were flying Southwest, and one of Jimmy's brothers was picking them up on the other end.
"Are you excited?" Logan asked Hazel, rubbing his thumb on the back of her hand.
"Nervous," she replied.
They left it at that as they stepped into Julian's Range Rover. Hazel and Logan took the back; Jimmy took the front.
The drive to the airport was pretty quiet, other than occasional questions about what their plans were for the trip.
By the time they got to the airport, it was quite busy. Hazel, had anticipating this, gave a slight smirk to Jimmy who disputed her. He shrugged and got their bags out of the back of the car.
"Well, have a safe trip you three. And have fun. Don't forget to send me your flight info," Julian said, giving Hazel a hug. He clapped Logan and Jimmy on the backs respectively.
"Bye Jules!" she called as the three of them made their way into T.F. Green Airport in Warwick, Rhode Island.
"Where are we going?" Jimmy asked Logan, the only one of the three of them who had ever left from this airport before.
"Over here," he said, pointing to the TSA line. He had a slight smile on his face.
"I should've guessed," laughed Hazel, shaking her head. The three of them made their way into the like, which was relatively short compared to the line to check your bag outside. Guess they were lucky they weren't checking their bags.
An aging security guard checked their boarding passes and licenses before waving all three through.
They then went through the longer security line. They stood around for a good five minutes, getting their computers out and taking off their sweatshirts and shoes in advance. Logan and Jimmy went before Hazel, both getting all clears. Haz went next, and everything was alright. She even got a wink from the young, handsome TSA officer.
"Everyone got everything?" she asked, slipping on her flip flops and retrieving all her personal items.
"Yup," Logan nodded.
"Affirmative," Jimmy teased. She stuck out her tongue at the two boys as they started their way down to their gate.
"What-"
"Seventeen," Logan replied, knowing what she was going to ask them. She stuck out her tongue, and he stuck out his right back. And there was Jimmy, Hazel's best friend, the third wheel.
"Does anyone else want Dunkin?" he interrupted, spotting the huge orange Dunkin sign ahead.
"I'm good," Hazel shook her head. "I think I'm gonna go into the bookstore and grab some chips or something."
"I'm good, too," Logan said. "We'll grab something in the bookstore, and whoever gets out first can go and grab seats at the gate."
"Sounds good," Jimmy nodded, and the three parted.
Logan and Hazel went to the bookstore while Jimmy ordered himself a coffee.
"What do you want, babe?" Logan asked Hazel.
"Can you just grab me a water?" she replied, grabbing a big bag of Blue Diamond Smokehouse Almonds for herself, along with a sleeve of Pringles for Jimmy. They brought up the Pringles, almonds, waters, and gummy bears up to the counter.
"I got it," Logan insisted, giving the cashier thirty dollars in cash.
"Logan," she whined, putting her hand on her hip.
"Nope, it's too later," he grinned as she gave him back his change. She stuck out her tongue at him, and they collected the food.
"Have a nice day!" she called to the cashier as they left.
"You too!"
They then went to Gate 17. There was no sight of Jimmy, so they took three seats facing the window. There was an outlet between two of them just in case. They set their bags down and waited for Jimmy.

"I hate flying," Hazel admitted softly to Logan.
"It'll be fine. You can rest your head on my shoulder if you like," he offered, kissing her forehead. She smiled.
"Thanks. Music?" she asked. He nodded, putting the earbud in. He smiled when he heard Fall Out Boy playing.
"Nice," he mused, a certain twinkle in his eye that Haz had never seen before. It took him back to their first date, just three and a half months ago. How far they'd come.
"Nice," she confirmed, and she turned up the music.
You were the song stuck in my head. Every song that I've ever loved played again and again and again, and you can get what you want but it's never enough. And I spin for you like your favorite records used to. I spin for you like your favorite records used to.
