Alrighty guys!!
so last night was Friday night lights @ school and the boys varsity soccer won 6-1!!!! the team ran around shirtless post game too
it was so much fun tbh and I yelled "MY SON" at Matty (one of the soccer players who's a senior aka the resident ray of sunshine in the school) every time he got near the ball
like I've just found my niche and it's so great and I just feel so good
and I actually think things between Isaiah and I might be headed somewhere eventually
everything is just great right now and I hope I'm not jinxing it
anyway I'm sorry I haven't updated but hey
Life has gotten in the way!! So it's short and sweet but I think it's kinda cute
Enjoy!!!

Till my legs give out, can't shut my mouth.
Till the smoke clears out, am I high? Perhaps.
I'ma rip this shit, till my bones collapse.
"You're losing it, Garoppolo." Jimmy took his headphone out and looked around in bewilderment. "Boy genius, over here."
"Jesus, Mr. Lavallee," Jimmy breathed out, putting his hands on his knees and panting heavily. Mr. Lavallee was wearing a pair of running shorts and had no shirt, the customary outfit for when he ran. "And what do you mean I'm losing it?"
"I mean," he rolled his eyes, "you're losing it. You used to do a four thirteen mile. Now you do a five sixteen mile. You're losing it."
"I'm getting older! What's your mile?" Jimmy scoffed, pursing his lips. Mr. Lavallee smirked.
"Four thirty six," he said smugly.
"Maybe I am losing it," Jimmy sighed, shaking his head. A bead of sweat dripped down his temple.
"So I met Hazel's boyfriend today," he changed the subject abruptly.
"Yeah, just a lovely kid, isn't he?" Jimmy rolled his eyes sarcastically.
"I knew it," Mr. Lavallee shook his head.
"What?" Jimmy raised an eyebrow with pursed lips.
"You two got in a fight. As soon as she came in without you, I knew something was up," he shook his head.
"He's just...."
"He seems like a really good kid. Hazel seems happy with him," Mr. Lavallee said honestly.
"He's not me," Jimmy finished.
"Do you care about Hazel?" he asked, sighing.
"Mr. L., I hate to sound condescending, but were you living under a rock when we were in school?"
"Jimmy," Mr. Lavallee laughed, "you and I both know you love sarcasm. So don't even. But that's not my point. Do you love Hazel? I don't care what kind of love," he added.
"Of course I love her!" Jimmy protested.
"But you don't want her to be happy?"
"No!" Jimmy protested. "Why would you even...? Of course I want Hazel to be happy!"
