*****************************************"Hey, Mr. L.," Haz smiled, wrapping her arms around Mr. Lavallee. "What's up?"
"Hey, kiddo. And nothing much, Haz. Nothing much. Did uh....Did Jimmy tell you?"
"Tell me what?" Hazel raised an eyebrow.
"Why you're here, Haz," he said softly.
"Uh...?"
"Cleaning out the meth lab, Haz. I'm leaving."
"Christ," Hazel gasped. "Shit, no, he didn't. Damn. Woah. Um...woah, Mr. Lavallee."
"Dammit, Haz, how many times have I told you to call me Ronald?"
"Ronny? That work?" she asked dryly. She had no idea what to say. He was leaving.
"C'mon, don't get passive aggressive with me," he sighed.
"I'm sorry that I don't know what to say!" she snapped.
"Haz...."
"Mr. Lavallee, you're leaving! You're leaving, Mr. L.! How else am I supposed to react? You've been here for fifteen years, and then you just leave? How could you leave, Mr. Lavallee?"
"You left, too, Hazel," he reminded her softly. She sighed and rubbed her forehead.
"You're right. I'm sorry. I'm just...surprised, I guess. I'm sorry, Mr. L. So...anyway," she sighed. "So what are we doing today?"
"Cleaning out the meth lab," he replied, throwing a thumb towards the door. She sighed.
"Fifteen years worth of shit in there. Damn. And here I thought we were on a social call," she snorted dryly.
"Very funny. So where're the boys?" he asked.
"I had Jim take Logan up to the fourth floor bathroom. I didn't want the poor kid getting lost," she chuckled, but she had a knot in her stomach. Mr. Lavallee was leaving.
"Ah. Gotcha." The two remained quiet for a long moment until he spoke again. "You wanna get started?"
"Alright," Hazel agreed, and she walked between two rows of lab benches to the back room.
"Are you mad at me?" he asked as they entered the back room. She shook her head.
"What do you want me to do? What are we getting rid of?"
"Everything. And if you see anything you want, take it."
"Alright, Mr. L. So...everything? Everything goes?" she asked, rubbing her forehead. He nodded.
"Yup. And if you're not sure, just ask."
The two ventured into the back room, which was even messier than Hazel remembered.
"This is gonna be a trip," she huffed, and Mr. Lavallee grinned crookedly.

"There are two bathrooms in the entire school? What the hell?" Logan shook his head.
"Three, actually. One in the basement, one on the first floor, and one on the fourth floor," Jimmy corrected. Logan rolled his eyes and laughed.
"Alright, three, my bad," he giggled, and Jimmy shut the bathroom door behind them.
