THE TIME EVENTUALLY SEEMED TO resume when julian finally finsihed wiping his cut down, and stepped back from out of trey's legs. Even if he didn't want to deep down, and wanted to stay just like that, in between trey's legs and looking down into his eyes.
As soon as did, it's like it clicked for trey making him stand up immediately and turn his head because he did slow shit whenever he looked a julian. "I'm out, shorty."
Trey was so close to wrapping his hands around julian's waist and pulling him into his chest, while he was sitting down, just so trey could stare into his bright blue eyes a little longer and up closer. He was mesmerized by julian unknowingly, and just wanted to stare at him a little longer. That's why he immediately stood up because trey started to realize it sounded like he liked julian.
Liked him more than he was letting on, and that wasn't the case.
"Oh. Okay." He sounded disappointed, but covered it quickly. Because that's what red did. He'd pretend nothing happened and went about his day, but it's okay. Because that's what julian did too. "See you then red."
"Yea aight, we gon see about dat." Trey was about to just walk away, like he always did, but for some reason, he couldn't this time because he pictured the way julian face dropped like the way trey heard his voice did. And he found how uncomfortable it made him feel all of sudden. It didn't matter how disappointed julian sounded before, he was able to walk away before today.
But not now, it's like something, unknowingly changed almost between the both of them. So he sighed out loud lowly this time, turnt to face julian again, locking eyes with his blue ones almost instantly, and said a minute later, "You goin' home right?"
Julian nodded before dropping the bloody tissue in the trash can by the bench trey was just sitting on. "Uh.. yeah. I didn't have anything else I was suppose to do besides maybe help my grandad at his barber shop honestly if he wants me too."
"Yo' little ass work at a barber shop?"
"I'm not that little, I'm almost five-eight and I weigh almost 210 pounds," Julian said before putting one of his arms up, and flexing it being funny. "Plus, I got some muscles as well. I don't look like I do or something?"
Trey said without hesitation after scanning julian and his body, "No, and even doin' allat you still don't."
