JULIAN LEFT HIS GRANDAD'S barbershop at like seven-fifteen and then made his way to the boxing arena early. He just wanted to go badly since red had requested him too.
Who knows maybe he could learn how to throw a punch, and straighten out demetri weird self.
Julian laughed lowly, with his hands in his coat, his red beanie on, and continued to walk down the sidewalk. He didn't have a car, like he already mentioned, rayjay took him everywhere and then for a short while celina and her mom had.
He maybe should get one, but he honestly didn't mind walking. It helped clear his head a little.
Unknowingly to the fact a certain someone likes walking for the same reason.
It didn't take him long to reach the arena, and then he was pushing through crowds to get to the front. He was confused why so many people had showed up earlier, but maybe they wanted to first to get some good seats.
But when julian came with ray jay and makai, they gave their tickets up at the door, but red said he didn't need one so he just assumed he could walk in.
But when he was stopped by one of the two security guards at the door, his face fell. "Whatchu' doin'? Where your ticket at?"
"Well basically..." Julian started, ignoring the stares of everybody that were on him now. He was trying to figure out what to say, especially with the way the security guard was staring at him like he was flith.
It made it hard for julian to think of the simple words. "Red invited me."
Julian eventually was about to say something, what though? He didn't know exactly when the other guy standing next to him leaned over and whispered something into his ear making the first security guard look away for a second. Once the other security guard stopped talking, the first one looked back towards julian, stared him down with a harsh glare, and then made a gesture with his head that showed julian could go inside.
Julian hurriedly rushed inside, not wanting to be stared at with such an uncomfortable gaze any longer, and then he stood in the hallway. Now he had another problem he didn't even think about. Was he suppose go into the main area or-
He didnt even have to figure it out though because the next thing he knows, red was walking out a door, with his dreads tide back, a ruffled shirt that looked like it was coming off soon on, fresh bandages on both arms, and his boxing shorts.
He walked right up to the julian, nobody was around at the point because they weren't getting let in. Which julian noticed, and that made him wonder why they came earlier once again if they couldn't even get inside first to get good seats like he originally thought.
