Dr. Maxfield places blood on a glass slide tray and walks over to Jesse, who was laying on the hospital bed and moves his head above him in a circular motion. Showing his Vampiristic Expression, Jesse jumps up making Dr. Maxfield move back since Jesse was strapped down. 

"Dr. Maxfield, please. Why are you doing this? My insides, they're burning up. I'm hungry." Jesse pleads as he lays back on the bed.

"Subject 62547. After his initial transition, 62547 has undergone three days without feeding. Subject is weak but lucid." Dr. Maxfield records into his recorder and moves over to Jesse examining his mouth.

"Upper left and right cuspid normal after blood stimulus is removed." Dr. Maxfield adds as he takes out a flashlight and turn it on. 

"What are you doing to me?" Jesse asks as Dr. Maxfield tries to shine the light in his eyes. 

"Pupils are full dilation sensitivity to light-" he was interrupted as Jesse tried to bite him making Dr. Maxfield move back.

"Sensitivity to light, an obvious 11 on a scale from 1 to 10." Dr. Maxfield notes as he moves back and starts writing on something. 

"What the hell's happening to me? Why am I so hungry? What are you doing to me?!" Jesse exclaims as Dr. Maxfield looks over at him. 

"Subject is confused yet self-aware. Personality seems intact. Hunger remains primary focus. All-in-all, appears to be a perfect candidate." Dr. Maxfield insists as he stops his recorder with a smirk.

"forced back to College by Elena and Caroline, who both have their own ways of coping with Bonnie's death. There's Elena, who's been miss gloomy and writing in her Dairy and then there's Caroline who is fully enamored with Tyler once again. Then there's me, I've decided to keep myself busy, going to class getting caught up on everything I've missed. However, I've also been keeping an eye on Dr. Wes Maxfield something about him just scream suspicious." I think as I glance over from where I was sitting to see Dr. Maxfield and he starts walking over to me. 

"Morning, Doctor." I greet and he nods. 

"Welcome back. See you at the costume ball tonight?" Dr. Maxfield asks making me sigh slightly. 

"I'm sure. My roommates will probably drag me there against my will." I answer making him nod slightly and then walks passed. "Hell yeah, I'm gonna be there if you're creepy ass is."  I think as I watch him walk away. Suddenly, my phone starts to ring causing me to pull it out of my pocket and see Damon's name. "It doesn't help I've been avoiding my boyfriend either, but I just can't deal, right now." I think as I hit decline with a sigh.

"Busted." Damon's vice rings out as he comes around the corner holding his phone. 

"Busted?" I inquire as he sits beside me. 

"Yeah, Miss Avoiding-Me-For-Three-Days." Damon addresses. 

"I'm not avoiding. We've talked." I assert as I gather my stuff. 

"Texting. One time. Wanna be my plus one at a consume ball? Winky face." Damon smirks as I look at him. 

"That you never answered. Should I take it as a yes since you're here?" I question with a smile. 

"Definitely will maybe consider thinking about it." Damon responds as he glances away cheekily. 

"8 on the dot and Care got us Costumes." I inform as I kiss his cheek before getting up.
