"Damn, it..." I trail off as I finally after hours of tossing and turning just stop and stare up at the ceiling. "I give up, I can't sleep." I think as I then hear sounds coming from downstairs causing me to sit up from my bed.

"Seems like I'm not the only one who can't sleep." I state as I let out a sigh.

"Jeremy, (Y/N)!" I hear Elena cry out causing me to put on a confused expression as get up and rush over to my door.

"What the hell is going on?" I ask as I walk out of my room to see Jeremy looking over at me with a concerned expression.

"Elena?!" Jeremy exclaims causing us both to rush downstairs to see Elena out of breathe standing in the kitchen.

"What happened?" I ask, but Elena completely ignored me as if she was in a trance causing Jeremy to begin walking over to her.

"Elena, hey-" Jeremy was cut off by Elena grabbing a knife and stabbing it into his neck.

"JEREMY!" I call out as Elena takes the knife out from his neck and breaks out from whatever trance she was in.

"Oh, my God! Elena states as she drops the knife and I see Jeremy beginning to fall.

"Jer!" I cry out as I catch him before he falls to see the blood gushing out of his neck. "No, there's too much blood-" My thoughts were interrupted by the smell of Jeremy's blood overwhelming me causing me to stare down at Jeremy's wound, while feeling my vampiristic expression beginning to form.

"Jer! No, no, no!" Elena screams as she bend down to me and Jeremy on the ground causing me to pop back into reality and look down to see he was wearing his ring. "Thank God he was wearing his ring!" I think as my Vampiristic expression disappears and I turn to Elena.

"What the hell is wrong with you?!" I exclaim as I pick Jeremy up.

"I- I didn't mean to-"

"I don't wanna hear excuses." I declare as I walk over and place Jeremy on the couch.

(Time Skip)

"I can't believe this happened. What... What am I going to say to him?" Elena asks and I glare over at her.

"I don't know maybe start by apologizing for stabbing him." I answer and Damon nods.

"Thanks for not ditching the family ring after it drove Rick crazy?" Damon questions causing me to let out a sigh.

"You should call Stefan." Damon adds causing Elena and I to turn to him.

"I don't want to talk to him. He's been lying to me, and hiding things from me." Elena points out and I nod.

"Yeah and he compelled Jeremy to forget God knows what." I state and Damon side-eyes Elena.

"In all fairness, I mean, I think Elena killing him kind of trumps that." Damon remarks causing Elena to glare at him.

"I mean, you should call Stefan." Damon insists causing me to narrow my eyes at him.

"I don't trust him right now, Damon." Elena declares causing me to stand up and walk over to Damon.
