Chapter 22

"Baby wake up," Nate mumbled in my ear. "What time is it?" I asked not opening my eyes. He chuckled, "It's noon and Annica is driving me insane" he said. "What's her problem?" I asked sitting up. "She won't stop crying," he started. "She fell down the stairs and Aiden caught her thank god but I don't know, it is Annica" he said. "IS SHE OKAY?! Oh my god my baby" I said jumping out of bed. "She's fine, she's fine! She just has a bump on her forehead" he told me. I ran over to her room, "c'mere baby" I pouted at the crying girl. She hopped up in my arms, sobbing quietly. I kissed her forehead, "ow mommy!" She yelled. "Was that your bump?" I asked. She nodded. "Let's get you some ice? Did daddy get ice on it?" I asked. She shook her head. "You poor baby, let's go" I said kissing the top of her head.

"Mommy I watch a movie in your bed?" Annica asked. "Of course. Let's go put one in for you, okay?" I said, she nodded. "Mama can I get more juice?" Aiden asked. "Ask daddy, I'm helping Annica right now" I told him, brushing through his hair. He nodded and brought his cup to Nate. Annica walked into my room with a movie in her hand. Frozen, of course. "Here mama," she said with a smile on her face.  I smiled back at her and put her movie on for her. "I'm gonna go by daddy okay? Call me if ya need me baby" I said kissing her forehead. I walked out and downstairs where Nate was sitting with Aiden. I sat on the arm of the couch next to Nate only to be pulled into his lap. I giggled as I looked up at him, "Really?" I laughed "This was not necessary" I said wrapping my arms around his torso. "You wouldn't be wrapping your arms around me if it wasn't necessary, then" he laughed brushing my bangs away from my eyes. "Aiden what do you wanna do?" I asked. He shrugged, "Can we go to the park?" He asked. "It's raining, Aiden" I giggled. "oh." He smiled, starting to get embarrassed. "But if you want, we can go out in this little place called our backyard and place soccer in the mud" I smirked. "REALLY?" He said as his eyes lit up. "Yeah, really?" Nate asked shocked. "Well if he really wants to I can let this time slide" I said. "We just need dirty clothes so we don't get our clean clothes muddy"

After a long, messy game of soccer, Nate, Aiden and I came in soaked and very, very, dirty. Annica decided to stay in and watch movies which was good for us. "Well that was fun," I laughed. "Yeah I think so too! I never imagined you'd let us do that" Nate laughed looking down as mud dropped from his legs. "Okay well you guys go shower together and I'll go wash up in the spare shower" I said. Nates jaw dropped. "Why can't we shower together?" He mumbled so only I could here him. "Because believe it or not Aiden still needs help showering. Today especially with all of the mud on him."  I laughed. He sighed and carried Aiden to the bathroom. I checked on Annica , who surprisingly was still watching Sleeping Beauty. "Hey you" I smiled at her. She giggled and sat up, "Mama you dirty!" She yelled. I laughed, "I know, Annica" I giggled. "Mama is gonna go shower and I'll come back here okay?" I told her, watching we nod. "You need juice or snacks?" I asked. She shook her head no.

After showering for a good half hour, I was finally free of an sign of mud. I saw Nate laying passed out on our bed with his phone in his hand. I laughed, "Annica are you ready for a bath and pj time?" I asked. She yawned and nodded. She held her arms up for me to pick her up so I did, carrying her to the bathtub. "Mama will wash your hair and then we can get you to bed okay?" I said kissing her cheek.
          After getting Annica in bed I went back in my room. Nate was still asleep so I crawled up next to him and put his arm around my waist. "What're you doing?" He chuckled. "I didn't mean to wake you I'm sorry" I laughed. "I just wanted to cuddle" I smiled. "Well come here then" he said pulling me closer to his body. "Guess what?" I whispered. "What?" He mumbled. "I. Love. You" I said in between kisses. "Ironic, I love you too" he said kissing my forehead. "Now go back to sleep I feel bad for waking you up" i giggled. He laughed and rubbed my back, "it's a fucking blessing to be woke up by you, are you serious?" He smirked. "Oh shut up and sleep" I smiled.

Running. That's what I'm doing. Running. From? Danny. "STOP! LEAVE ME ALONE!" I screamed. He smirked, "Did that little husband of yours teach you how to stand up for your pretty little self?" I shook my head, "I know how to stand up for my fucking self! Now leave me alone!" I yelled. "He can't save you anymore, Anastasia. Your mother got him" he smirked. "W-what?" I stuttered. "Yep, she's got him and your father has the kids. It's all over Ana, I'll have you back now" he said with an evil smirk. "NO! Don't do this to me!" I screamed. "Why? You left and hurt me" he said. "Well you know it's hard when you're abused your whole fucking life! Give me my family!" He shook his head, "Little late for that. They won't have a pulse in about two minutes" he said.

"ANA! WAKE UP BABY!" Nate yelled. I sat up, breathing heavily. "Oh my god..." I said. "What's wrong? I heard you start whining and you started moving a lot. Bad dream?" He asked. "Horrifying" I mumbled. "I'm here it's okay" he said. "Go get the kids" I said. "What? Why?" He asked. "Just do it. Please" I said sighing. He got up and came back a few minutes later with two sleeping kids. He payed them in our bed, laying down next to them. "Everything is gonna be okay." I whispered brushing through Annicas hair.

Danny's POV(oh shiiiiuuuutttt💀)

"I promise you Mrs. Porter, I know where she's staying" I said smirking. "Take us to her" Mr. Porter said standing up. "We want to ruin her precious little life, AGAIN!" They yelled. "Trust me, after everything I do too!" I groaned. "Ryan's too!" Mr Porter yelled. "They will be ruined after we're through. I can promise that one!" They yelled. I smirked. This will be good. "Our flight leaves tomorrow night" I told them. "Great!" They both yelled. You see, I've been planning with Ana's parents to get back at Ana for leaving me. I loved her so much, and then one day she left here and now is married with two ugly ass kids believe it or not. She's gorgeous but her kids are ugly. Sorry not sorry. Here's to hoping my plan works!

Ana's POV

"Mommy look at this" Annica said walking into my room. "I drew me, daddy, you and Aiden" she smirked. "Aw baby I love it. Should we hang it up on the fridge?" She nodded and ran downstairs. "Hey baby girl" Nate said coming up to me. "Sammy is spending the night tomorrow" he said. "Maybe Julianna if she doesn't have anything going on" he said. I nodded. "Sounds good. I'm gonna go to the mall, do you want to go or do you need something?" I asked. He shrugged. "I'll stay here if Aiden doesn't wanna go" he said. "Well he's watching a movie and Annica will want to come with me" I said. He nodded. "How about we all go" he said. "I'd be fine with that" I smiled. "NO DADDY YOU CANT GO!" Annica screamed. "And why not?" He frowned. "Cause she's my mommy!" she giggled. "Wow Annica. But she's my wife" he fought. "I don't care" she mumbled. "My daughter is a savage" I giggled. "Aiden!" I yelled. "Yes mama?" He said standing at the top of the stairs. "Get dressed and get some shoes on. We're going to the mall" I told him. He nodded and ran back to his room.
