Chapter 34

"Okay baby it's all over. He's here" Nate said kissing my forehead. "Thank god," I breathed out. "Wanna hold the little guy?" He asked me. I smiled and nodded, as I took him into my arms. "He looks so much like you," I smiled. "He's got your lips" I giggled. "Hi Ethan baby, it's mama" I whispered. "and daddy's right there" I said. "And your big brother and big sister are waiting to see you." Nate said. "If you'd like, you can bring in your visitors" the nurse told us. "Go get Sam and the kids" I told Nate. He smiled at me and Ethan and nodded.
"Mommy!" Annica whisper yelled. "Is that Ethan?" She smiled at the boy in my arms. I nodded and she brushed his lengthy hair out. "Hi baby, I'm your big sissy" she said, kissing his forehead. "And I'm your big brother, Aiden" Aiden smiled happily. "Can I hold my nephew?" Sammy asked. "Of course, no favoriting now" I laughed, handing Ethan to Sam. "I wanna know why you guys get so lucky with all the cute kids" Sam chuckled cradling Ethan's small body. "It's cause we're both hot as shit" Nate giggled. "Hey buddy, language" I said mid yawn. He smiled and shook his head laughing. "Anastasia Maloley?" The nurse said. I nodded. "Two more are here to see you. Should I let them in?" She asked. "Yeah let them in" I smiled. She nodded and opened the door, revealing John and Lexi. "Oh my gosh!" I squealed. "I haven't seen you in so long" I said to Lexi. "I know! It's been a while. How you feel?" She asked. I shrugged, "The usual pain but he's gorgeous so it's worth it" I smiled at the little boy in Nates arms. "Can I hold him?" She asked. Nate smiled and nodded, handing him off. "I've never seen a baby passed so many times" Sam laughed. "Sam if you don't mind, could you take the kids and get some food? They haven't eaten" I said. He nodded, "Of course! Let's go kiddos!" They both jumped up and followed him out. "Babe you want anything?" Nate asked. I shook my head, "No but thank you" I smiled. He smiled back and kissed my hand.

"If everyone could please step out for a few seconds, except the father & two kids you can stay, I need to speak with Anastasia" the nurse said. Everyone nodded and Lexi handed me Ethan. "So, everything is coming back positive and Ethan's health is in great shape so if you'd like you may go home tonight with him, otherwise we can keep you over night. The choice is yours" she smiled. I thought for a few minutes, "I think I wanna take him home" I smiled. "Wonderful! We can get you the papers to sign both of you out and you can leave whenever your done" she said searching for her paperwork. "If you can just sign it here, here and right there, then have daddy & the siblings sign there names, you can be on your way!" She said. I nodded and signed my name, then had Nate sign his, then give it to the kids. "Okay sign as best as you can in cursive" I said. They nodded and took the pen and carefully signed. "Alright, you guys are set for whenevner you are ready!" She smiled at me. I quickly thanked her as she leaves. "Nate get my bag please" I said pointing to the bag on the floor. He picked it up and opened it, Hanson me a pair of his sweats and a loose t shirt. "How'd you know that's what I wanted to wear?" I smiled happily. "I know my babygirl all to well" he smirked. I slapped his arm lightly and wobbled my way out of the bed. "Careful baby" he said holding my back for support. I nodded and stood up, walking slowly to the bathroom to change. After doing that, I came out to see Nate and the kids ready to leave. He had Ethan all wrapped up in his carrier and the kids with their backpacks and hoodies on. "Ready?" He smiled. I breathed in deeply and nodded. "If it hurts you to walk, Sammy offered to carry you to the car while I carry Ethan" Nate said. "Oh my god Sam your a life saver" I laughed. He held out his arms and picked me up bridal style. "You're not even heavy!" He laughed.

3 Months later ;;;;;;

"Baby shhhhh mamas going as fast as she can I know you don't like it" I said as I changed Ethan while he screamed. He has been crying for a good hour now. "Baby cmon stop." I mumbled, tired as ever now. "Need help?" Nate yawned, walking into Ethan's nursery. "Please," I sighed. He walked over singing U Got It Bad by Usher very lightly and slowly, Ethan's cries calmed and his little frown turned to a smile as Nate sung. "Never fails" I said laughing. "Now finish changing him into this" I said holding up his outfit. "You mean the outfit that he's gonna get all kinds of dirty in about two minutes?" He chuckled. "Oh shutup and change the poor boy! It's my time to nap" I yawned. "Go on. I got it" he smiled, leaning down and kissing me. I mumbled a thank you and headed to our bed. "Mama can we play the wii?" Annica asked. "Baby mama is going to take a nap, but you and Aiden can" I smiled. She pouted, but finally nodded and went to go find Aiden. I crawled into bed and sighed, falling into a nice deep sleep.

"Stas your assistance is needed" Nate said shaking my arm lightly. "What do you need?" I groaned rubbing my eyes. "He won't eat his formula" he told me, sitting down next to me. "Fine, bring him and the bottle here" he smiled and nodded, leaving to go get Ethan and his bottle. He soon returned and handed Ethan to me, followed by the warm bottle. "Okay baby here you go" I whispered kissing his forehead and starting to feed him. "HE OBLY EATS FOR YOU! HE WASNT DOING THAT WHEN I TRIED!" Nate pouted upset. I laughed. "Calm down baby, he'll eat for you eventually" I giggled. "Good baby. I love my Ethan" I smiled kissing his forehead. His lips formed a small smile, making Nate smile. "Why is it that you are so good with kids?" Nate said in awe, rubbing my back. "I just have a way with kids. I always told myself I didn't want to turn out to be how my mom was to me" I said. He nodded, kissing my neck, "I don't think it's possible for you to be like her. If you were, I'd drop your ass" he chuckled against my skin, giving me goosebumps. "I will never become her devil. I couldn't imagine doing that to my babies" I said. He smiled, "Good" he said kissing my cheek then Ethan's forehead. "Mama?" Aiden called. "Yes baby!" I answered. "Jace and Cass can still come over today, right?" He asked. I nodded and looked at Nate. "Yeah, use your dads phone and text their mom" I said. He nodded and ran off.

Nate was out shopping with Annica while I was home with Ethan, Aiden, Jace and Cass. "Are you guys hungry? I can make something if you'd like" I said walking into our basement holding Ethan securely. "I am. Are you guys?" Aiden asked his friends. They nodded. "I'll go get some snacks until dad gets home with dinner for me to cook, okay?" I smiled. They all nodded and went back to their game. I ran upstairs quickly and as safely with Ethan as possible. He started to whine and squirm around a little. "Baby shhh it's alright" I said quieting him. I rocked him back and forth until he was calm again. "MOMMY!" Annica yelled running inside. "Oh my goodness, baby. You scared mama" I laughed at her. Ethan started crying yet again. "I'll take him" Nate said pulling him from my arms. "Try and put him to sleep. He needs a nap" I said. Nate nodded and put the pacifier in his mouth and sung to him while wandering the house to get him to sleep. While he did that I got Aiden the snacks I promised them.

"You are my little bit of sunshine baby" Nate mumbled in my ear. "Put your son to sleep goofball" I giggled kissing both their foreheads. "Having a family and getting married were by far the two best moments in my life"
