Chapter 42

"Annica, Ethan you guys better be up! Uncle Sammy, Auntie Julianna and the baby are coming over any minute now!" I yelled from the couch. Nate looked over my way (like the picture above😍😍). "What?" I laughed. "You're so cute" he smiled. "You're smile is killing my life right now. Stop it" I giggled wrapping my arms around him. "We're here!" Sam yelled, somewhat quieter this time. "Hi guys, hi Abrielle" I smiled at the three of them. She smiled back, making my heart melt. Baby smiles are so cute. "Uncle Sammy is here!" I yelled up to the kids. "Yay!!!" Annica screamed. "Where's the baby?" She smiled coming closer. "Right here" Sammy smiled holding her up. "C-Can i hold her?" She asked. "Of course. After all you are her cousin" Sam smirked handing her to her. She smiled down at Abrielle and sat on the couch with her. "She's so gorgeous" Annica smiled in awe. "Yeah well don't you get any ideas. I don't need a second Annica around here just yet" Nate said making us laugh. "Oh god dad, seriously. I would never even think of that right now!" She said giggling. "Good" Nate smirked.

"She reminds me so much of you Annica when you were a baby" Sam told us. "Really? How so?" She smiled. "She's always happy, like you" Julianna and Sammy said. Annica smiled. "Mommy!" Ethan yelled from upstairs. "Duty calls" I laughed, running up the stairs. "What baby" I said walking to his room. "Help" he giggled sticking his arms out. He was stuck in his sweatshirt. "Baby hold still" I laughed as he wiggled around. "Okay there you go. Now are you goin to finally come downstairs sleeping beauty?" I smirked. He yawned but laughed and nodded. I grabbed his hand and walked downstairs with him. "Hey there's the little man. I meant to ask but Ethan, what do you want for Christmas buddy?" Sam asked. "Nothing he needs nothing" I said. "Mommy!" Ethan pouted. "I'm kidding baby. Go ahead and tell him" I laughed. "I want Star Wars Legos and cars!" He smiled. "I think Santa will bring those, don't you?" Sam smiled. "Yeah I've been a good boy, right mama!" He said, looking up at tugging on my shirt. "You've been alright" I giggled. "Hey!" He frowned. "I'm kidding. You have been extremely good this year" I smiled. Nate smiled too, "Maybe for you he was but with me.." He said making Ethan pout. "Don't ruin my little boys Christmas now" I told Nate. Ethan ran up to me, wanting me to pick him up. "I promise I be good" he told me as I held him tightly. "Don't worry, I won't let daddy ruin it" I smiled, kissing his cheek. "Mom have I been good?" Annica asked as Ethan layed his head on my shoulder. "Did you seriously make him cry?" I asked trying not to laugh. "And yes baby, you have been good too" I smiled brushing her hair back. "I didn't do shit! He's the one who acts out whenever I have him with me and never listens" Nate said. "For gods sake leave the boy alone. He's been fine all year. Three times he's goofed off won't make a difference." I told Nate. He just rolled his eyes. "Roll them one more time and they'll roll out of your skull" I said. "Okay guys enough. No more fighting" Sam said. I looked at Annica who gave me sad eyes and Ethan who was still crying on me.

Christmas Day

"MAMA WAKE UP WAKE UP SANTA CAME!" Ethan screamed while jumping on Nate and I. I sighed tiredly and got up. "Go wake Annica up baby" I told Ethan. He nodded and ran out of our room. "Cmon Nathan" I said pushing him softly. "Mmmm too tired" he groaned rolling over, laying his head on my legs. "Let's go open presents babe" I smiled brushing through his messy curls. He smiled, "Okay okay let's go" he laughed getting up from the bed. "Mom why do we have to do this so early?" Annica groaned rubbing her eyes. "Why can't we wait for Aiden" she pouted. "Why wait when I'm already here?" Aiden said from the living room. "AIDEN!" She screamed. "Merry Christmas little one" he smirked. "When did you get here?" I asked him, surprised. "About 20 minutes ago. I figured Ethan would be up soon wanting to do this so I came early" he smiled. "Cass was going to come too but I let her sleep in" he laughed. "WELL LETS NOT WAIT ANYMORE!" Ethan yelled. I smiled at his happiness for Christmas and let him begin. The night before I came down with Nate's help and organized the kids gifts into piles. Annica sat by hers, Aiden by his and Ethan by his. Nate and I had combined our gifts to eachother in one pile. "Can I start?" Ethan smiled. I nodded. "Go for it" nate smirked.

Christmas Night

"Everyone please please please stop yelling!" I said getting frustrated. "Babe, babe! It's a part of the Christmas, holiday mood! Loud families coming together" Nate said calming me. I sighed and fell back into the couch. "It's all good baby" Nate smiled sitting on my lap. "Cmon my mom and dad and brother and sister are here" he said kissing my cheek. I nodded and got up with him. "Hey baby, hey Ana" kami smiled at us. "Hi momma" Nate and I said at the same time. "Ethan this is for you, Annica for you and the big boy himself, Aiden. Nathan, this is for you and Ana to put to use" Kami smiled. "Thank you" we smiled. "Thank you grandmaaaa" Ethan dragged. "Thank you grandma" Annica and Aiden smiled. "You're very welcome kiddos. Merry Christmas". After greeting everyone, it was finally time to eat. With a lol of the screaming kids, I mentally sighed. "Stas can you hold Abrielle for me?" Sam asked. I nodded, taking her in my arms. She threw her arm up and hit me and my face. "Hey hey it's not nice to hit auntie Ana" Sam said coming back. "Okay thanks" he said taking her back. "Where's Swift and the boys?" I asked. "He's running a bit late. One of the boys is being fussy. He'll be here sh-" he got cut off by boys screaming. "Right now" Sam chuckled. "Ahh there's Dakota and Colton" I smiled, hugging Lexi and John. "Yeah. Sorry we're late. Dakota is being a little fussy today. I hope we didn't throw off the schedules" Lexi said while rubbing Dakotas back to Lee him from crying. "No no, we were just talking and the food just came." I smiled. "Colton say hi to Auntie Stasia" Swift smirked. Colton smiled and waved. "Hi baby" I smiled holding my arms out to hold him. He did the same and came right into my arms. I looked at him, "he has your baby face John" I giggled. As I looked up, I saw Nate watching me while he and his mom were talking with Aiden and Stew. He smiled at the sight of me and Colton, "Wave to uncle Nate" I whispered. He looked at me confused so I pointed at Nate who then waved at us. "Him wave at him" I smirked. He waved happily and screamed. I laughed and gave him back to John, "I'd love to hold the boy longer but I need to find my kids" I giggled. He nodded.

"PRESENTS TIME!" I yelled so everyone could hear me, but failing big time. "You get the kids downstairs by the tree and I'll get everyone else" Nate said. I nodded. "Aiden get your brother and sister downstairs by the tree please" I said. He nodded. "John, you, Lexi and the kids can go downstairs, we're gonna open gifts" I smiled and he nodded. Eventually, everyone was gathered in the basement. Nate say on the floor next to the kids so I sat on his knee. He kissed my cheek, "I know you're stressed baby" he whispered. I nodded. "Just a bit" I laughed laying my head on his shoulder. We all had the kids open presents one at a time so there wasn't any screaming over eachother. About an hour and a half later, every present was opened and the little kids were occupied. "My kids you know what to do" I said. They all got up and went around to everyone, hugging and saying thank you. "Dakota look what I got you" Ethan smiled, handing him a stuffed bear. Dakota looked at it in curiosity before grabbing it happily. "And this ones for you Colton" Ethan said giving Colton a stuffed dog. Colton smiled right away and held it close. "Aww Ethan, that was very sweet of you" Lexi and John said. Ethan smiled and ran to me. "Hey big guy, good job with your cousins" I smirked. He nodded and hugged my leg. "Did you get everything you wanted this year?" I asked him. "Yeah and even more" he smiled. "Good, I'm glad you had a fun day" I smiled. "Now go find daddy" I smirked, pinching his cheeks. He smiled and ran to Nate. "Whatchu want big guy?" Nate said picking Ethan up. "HUGS!" He screamed as Nate tickled his aides, making him giggle.

"Marry Christmas everyone. Thank you all for coming" we said as everyone was leaving. Now it was just us, Sam and Julianna and Abrielle. John took the boys and Lexi home so they could get the boys to bed. "I think it's time for us to slip too. Babygirl here is knocked." Sam laughed, pointing to Abrielle who was asleep in Julianna's arms. "Alrighty. Bye guys, be safe and love you lots!" I said.
