Chapter 54: There's No Strength In Disguising

Mulan sat beside Musa by the stream, the setting sun painting the unripe rice fields in hues of orange and gold. She lifted her voice, her song carried on the gentle wind, concern and firmness woven into the melody. She began to sing:
