The next day, Brogan woke up with the sound of her phone vibrating beside her. She picked up her phone, sitting up, and smiled seeing a text message from Luke.

Luke: Good morning, sunshine! Fancy having breakfast with me? x
Brogan: Good morning, love! I would like this, yes. Give me 15 to get ready and I'll meet you there xx
Luke: Is it too cheeky if I can just chill in your hotel room while you change? I miss you :( xx
Brogan: You are too cute, I swear. Come on then xx
Luke: Already outside... Oops? :D xx

Brogan laughed reading his reply, shaking her head, as she climbed out of bed and over to the door. Unlocking it and opening it up, she stepped aside letting Luke walk inside, and was instantly brought into a tight embrace.
"Missed you." Luke mumbled into her hair.
Brogan blushed, wrapping her arms around Luke's waist,
"Missed you too, Lukey."
As he pulled out of the hug, Luke kissed Brogan's forehead,
"How about breakfast in bed?" He suggested.
Brogan smiled,
"I love that idea."

The pair sat under the covers, with their plates resting on their legs. They ate in a comfortable silence, and every once in a while, their knees would knock or their hands would brush; and it would cause Brogan's heart to literally skip a beat or turn into mush. Her phone started buzzing, and Brogan quickly picked up her phone, reading the text message.

Kate: I have the idea sorted!!
Brogan: Oh god... Go on...
Kate: We find something really patriotic to that city and take a picture with it! For example; we're in Belfast. Ireland. We need a four-leaf clover sign. Anything really.
Brogan: Okay... I can do that...
Kate: Good. Cause we're on a mission today to find something cool. ;)

"You know, I had a feeling she'd suggest that." Luke chuckled after reading the text conversation.
Brogan smiled and nodded,
"Same. She's so transparent."
"But in a good way."
"In the best way."
Luke smiled, leaning forward, and he kissed her lips softly.
"I love you."
"I love you, too." Brogan whispered.
Smiling as he stared at her, Luke then reached over and pinched a small piece of bacon from her plate.
"Oi!" Brogan laughed.

After they finished eating and got themselves dressed and ready to leave, Brogan stuffed her camera into her bag and made her way out of the hotel room, with Luke following. The two walked down the corridor and to the lift, pressing the button.
"Come on skinny love just last the year." Luke sang in a hummed tone. "Pour a little salt, they were never here."
Brogan smiled listening to him, and then the two stepped into the lift and pressed the ground floor.

Flash. Flash. Eyes on the ground. Flash. "Over here!" Flash. Flash. Heart racing. Flash. "Brogan, is it true that you're using Luke for his fame?" Flash. Flash. Flash. Arm around waist. Flash. Flash. "Fame whore!" Flash. Climb in the back of the car. Flash. Flash.

Katie looked at Brogan closely, her eyes trained to her lap, as the car started to drive away.
"B..." She trailed off.
Brogan shook her head,
"Don't." She whispered.
Katie frowned, rubbing Brogan's arm, as they drove towards the ITV studios.

KatieJohnson: Some people are so disrespectful it makes me sick.

The girls decided to spend the day hanging out just the two of them. Everyone was rehearsing, and whenever Luke had a break, Brogan would make sure to be busy some place else. It wasn't like she was avoiding him (she was), she just needed to get her head around everything that happened this morning. Why were people ganging up on her like this? The pair hadn't even confirmed or denied their relationship. For all the public knew, the two were just really close friends.
"Babe, I've been lookin' for ya." Katie announced as she walked into the hair and makeup room.
"Sorry." Brogan mumbled, sorting out the hairspray bottles on the table.
"You wanna talk about it?" Katie asked softly, walking over to where Brogan was standing.
"Not really." She admitted.
"Look, I think Luke is getting really offended go why you're not spending any time with him today. I'm also positive that he thinks it's something he's done."
"How do you know that?" Brogan asked.
"I overheard him tell Nicky."
Brogan frowned.
"You're letting it get to you." Katie told her. "And you shouldn't. So lift your head up high, put that smile on your face, and go and see your boy."
Brogan smiled at Katie nodding, and then she walked out of the room after thanking her.

Brogan: Where are you? I need to see you. x
Luke: In the canteen. X
Brogan: On my way x

"Well, well, well." Luke greeted. "If it isn't the stranger herself." There was a slight hint of reading in his voice, but Brogan could see the worry in his eyes.
"Hi." Brogan greeted, a small smile on her face, as she sat down beside him. "I should explain."
"Please." Luke answered immediately.
Brogan sighed,
"There were some comments from the press this morning."
Luke furrowed his eyebrows together,
"What kind of comments?"
Brogan swallowed slowly,
"Fame whore. I got asked if I was using you for fame."
Luke frowned,
"Fucking unbelievable." He murmured.
"Luke--"
"No." He cut her off. "That is fucking disgusting, Brogan. They shouldn't be saying that stuff to you. They shouldn't be saying anything to you."
She watched him carefully, not knowing what to say.
"Fucking scumbags. How dare they accuse you of this shit!" Luke's voice was getting louder, causing people nearby to look over.
Luke ran his hands over his face, trying to calm himself down,
"You should've told me earlier."
Brogan nodded,
"I know."
"Why didn't you?"
She shrugged,
"I don't know." She answered truthfully.
Luke reached out and held her hand,
"Please don't keep things like this from me again. Don't push me away."
"I won't, I promise."
Luke squeezed her hand and the two shared a smile.
