It had been a week since the final of The X Factor. Brogan travelled back to Leeds and spent a few days with her family. Luke also did the same with his own family.

Luke: Missing you so much!!!! X
Brogan: I'm missing you too!! :( x
Luke: PLEASE can we meet soon?! X
Brogan: Definitely!!! X

Seconds later, Brogan's phone rang.
"Hello?" She answered.
"So when can we meet?"
Brogan laughed at Luke's urgency, but she also felt flattered.
"When are you free?"
"Any day for you." Luke replied.
Brogan felt herself blushing, as she smiled to herself.
"I'll come up there."
"Are you sure?" Brogan asked with concern.
"Yes I'm sure! Leeds is my hometown. I'd love to go back!"
Brogan smiled,
"Alright, alright. So when're you coming?"
"Tomorrow." Luke answered, and Brogan could hear him smiling.
"I can't wait." She whispered through the phone.
"Me too." Luke whispered back.
The two talked for another hour, before declaring that it was time for bed.

Brogan had been up since 6:30am. She couldn't sleep. She was so excited to see Luke again, she had: tidied her room, organised her wardrobe, sorted out her draws, and retided up. Now she was sitting on her bed completely ready for Luke to arrive. She looked down at her phone and sighed: 9am.

"Luke!" Brogan squealed, wrapping her arms around his neck, when he came through the ticket barriers.
He chuckled, instantly wrapping his arms around her waist, pulling her into him,
"Hi, you." He said in her ear.
As the two pulled away, Brogan grinned at him,
"God, I have missed you so much."
"I've missed you so much, too." Luke smiled wide.
And then it all happened so suddenly. A crowd formed around them, squealing, shouting and giggling filled their ears. Brogan's eyes widened, seeing so many girls surrounding them. Her heart raced, and she gave Luke an apologetic smile, as she ducked out from the crowd and stood against a wall. The idea of being trapped in the middle of it all, made Brogan feel panicky. But now she was feeling guilty for leaving Luke by himself.

Luke kept one eye on Brogan, and one eye on the next person he was either: talking to, taking a picture with, or signing an autograph for. He hadn't realised how much attention he was going to bring by coming on a train. It had been hectic during the train ride, and just as he was about to mention it to Brogan, they were surrounded. Two security guards rushed over. One cleared everyone away from him, and the other began leading Luke towards the exit.
"Wait, wait, wait." Luke told the security guard. "My girlfriend is over there. B!"
Brogan looked over and saw Luke. A sense of relief rushed through her, as he smiled and motioned her over. She could see girls glaring at her, and some were taking pictures. As she made her way over to him, Luke then wrapped his arm around her waist, as the two were led to Brogan's car.
"That. Was. Crazy." Brogan stated, as the two were safe in her car.
Luke laughed and he shook his head. Brogan watched with a smile on his face. Luke looked at Brogan, and then out of the windshield, before rubbing his hands over his face,
"What just happened?" Luke asked.
It was clear that he was in shock. But Brogan couldn't understand why.
"Welcome to your life, Mr. Friend."
Luke chuckled and he squeezed Brogan's hand, before she turned on the engine, and drove out of the station car park.

Arriving at Brogan's house, the two climbed out of the car, and Luke got his things out of the boot.
"Welcome to my humble home." Brogan announced, as Luke grabbed her hand.
To say she was nervous, was an understatement. Her parents were going to be meeting Luke for the first time. And it didn't help that they both had been watching him on TV for three months.
Taking a deep breath, Brogan opened the door, and the two walked in.
"Hiya." Her dad greeted her.
Brogan smiled small at him,
"Hey."
Her dad looked at Luke, and he smiled,
"Hiya, mate. I'm Pete." He stuck out his hand. "Please to meet ya."
Luke shook his head, smiling at him,
"Hey, I'm Luke. Nice to meet you, too."
Brogan watched the two closely. She didn't know what to say, what to do. Everything felt so surreal. This didn't happen to her. Ever.
"So Brogan's told me that you're originally from here?"
At the mention of her name, Luke instantly looked at Brogan and smiled, before looking back at Pete and nodding,
"Yeah, I am. And then when I was about... 13?[I don't remember what age he was] I moved to Devon."
"Ah. Very good."
Brogan took Luke's bag and she excused herself, before running upstairs and into her bedroom. She placed Luke's bag onto the floor next to her wardrobe, and she took a deep breath. Her hands were shaking with nerves. Going back downstairs, Luke and Pete finished off their conversation, and then she and Luke went back upstairs.
"Your dad's nice." Luke commented, as Brogan closed her bedroom door.
She smiled,
"Thanks. He seems to like you."
"Is that a rarity with me or something?" Luke laughed.
"No! You know what dads are like with their daughter's boyfriends!" She explained.
Luke laughed again, and he placed his hands on her waist,
"Relax." He kissed her lips softly once. "I was kidding."
Brogan smiled, and she wrapped her arms around his neck, as Luke learned in and kissed her again.
