Chapter twenty-five.

Hi, guys! Moving onto the tour now as I don't want to bore you guys!!!

It was Saturday 15th February: the day of the first show of the tour in Belfast. Brogan and the rest of the behind the scenes crew had been called in to help start setting up. Brogan and Katie were told to help set up the hair and makeup rooms, and then the costumes. Brogan had decided not to vlog. She wanted to enjoy this time with Luke without the whole YouTube community watching their relationship. It was bad enough they got followed. She didn't want to give them more.
"You excited to spend two whole months with Luke?" Katie asked, as the two carried a box into the designated makeup room.
Brogan set down the box of hairspray and she smiled,
"Yeah."
Although Brogan was excited, she was feeling a little worried. She hadn't told Katie this, but there had been rumours all over Twitter about Luke and a girl. A girl that she knew 100% wasn't her. All over January, Brogan had heard about some girl that Luke had been hanging out with. And it was from Luke himself. And as much as she trusted him, she didn't trust the rumours that were being spread.
"Oh em gee, I can't believe that Luke and Brogan are already over." Katie read out from her phone.
Brogan rolled her eyes, opening the box, and she started taking out the cans of hairspray.
"I really thought Luke and Brogan were in it for the long run."
Brogan scoffed,
"Oh, they need to stop. So he's been hanging out with another girl. So what!"
Katie looked over at her,
"Aren't you a little worried?"
Brogan glared at her,
"No. Because believe it or not, I trust him."
Slamming the cans down onto the table, and then she stormed out of the room.

He had been reading the tweets for what seemed like hours. He knew they were getting to Brogan, because they were getting to him too. Brogan knew that Emily was just a friend. So why were people making it a big deal? Deciding to take matters into his own hands, Luke opened up instagram, and he chose a recent picture of him and Brogan. He chose and effect, and then added a caption:

Lukeyboy: My ❤️

After posting the picture, he stood up and went to find Brogan.

She had seen the picture that Luke had posted, and although it made her smile, she was worried people would think he was doing it on purpose. To clear the rumours completely, Luke would have to speak about it. He'd have to tell them the truth. But not by just posting a picture.
"There you are." Brogan heard a voice say.
She had been sitting in the canteen for a good fifteen minutes.
She looked up and smiled at him,
"Hey."
"Hi." Luke sat down beside her, taking her hands in his. "Everything okay? Katie said you kind of had a breakdown."
Brogan rolled her eyes,
"I'm just sick and tired of people telling me that I should be worried. That you're cheating on me."
Luke looked both hurt and upset,
"Katie thinks I'm cheating on you?"
"No." Brogan shook her head, sitting up instantly and she squeezed Luke's hands. "She thinks I should be worried that they're actually believing it. She knows you haven't cheated on me."
Luke sighed, burying his face in their hands,
"I guess me trying to keep you out of the spotlight has only made this worse."
When he looked up at her, Brogan gave him a sympathetic smile.
"You need to set the record straight, Luke. Even my parents are asking what's going on."
He sighed and nodded, sitting up, and he got out his phone, and wrote a post on Twitter:

LukeFriendMusic: Hi everyone! Just wanted to set the record straight that I am NOT cheating on Brogan. Me and Emily are actually JUST FRIENDS. She has a boyfriend, and I have a girlfriend. My relationship with Brogan is something that is very important to me. I just don't like forcing her into the spotlight. X

Giving the tweets a read over, Brogan smiled and leaned over, kissing his cheek softly,
"I love you."
"I love you, too."
Katie walked over, vlogging camera in hand,
"Hi, guys. So I have just walked into the canteen to see these two lovebirds." Katie aimed the camera at Brogan and Luke, who both smiled and waved at the camera.
"Hello!" Brogan greeted.
Katie sat down,
"So, would you like to explain why you're not vlogging, missy?" She asked.
She laughed,
"I dunno." Brogan shrugged. "I might do during the tour. Just... Not all of it. Y'know?"
Katie nodded,
"I understand." She turned off the camera. "So, I've just seen the tweets. Nicely put, Friend."
Luke chuckled,
"Thanks, Johnson."

After their break, Brogan was sitting in the makeup room, vlogging camera in hand.
"OOH! Have I just walked in on Miss. Brogan about to start vlogging?!" Katie asked.
Brogan looked over at her and laughed,
"Maybe."
Turning on her camera, Brogan hit record and turned it to face her,
"Hello everybody!!!! It is Saturday 15th February, and we are in Belfast!!!" She started fist pumping in the air.
"Whoop! Whoop! Whoop!" Both she and Katie cheered.
Brogan looked at her and grinned, before looking back at the camera,
"So, I know I said I wasn't planning on vlogging, blah, blah, blah. But, I thought: why not? You guys have been practically begging me since the show ended to vlog throughout the tour, so... You have got your wish! But, I'll be editing the next day. If that makes sense? I'll be exhausted after tonight's show, so I'll edit first thing in the morning, get it all ready, so then all I have to do is hit 'publish' and you'll have it!" She explained.
"Do I hear someone talking to a camera?"
Brogan turned the camera to Luke as he walked in, who grinned wide and waved excitedly at the camera,
"Hellooooooooo!"
Katie and Brogan started laughing.
"I have missed this." Luke admitted.
Brogan smiled,
"Well, it's back now. For two whole months."
Luke fist pumped in the air, and then he walked over to Brogan, kissing her on the cheek,
"Can't wait."
Brogan blushed, still not used to having public display of affection filmed on her camera. But, nonetheless, she smiled at him.

Brogan had filmed crew members setting up the stage, and then she left it on a table, filming her, Katie and Alex setting up the actual stage; mic stand, microphone, speakers, etc. She was in a better mood than she was earlier. She has apologised for acting like a bitch to Katie, who had simply rolled her eyes and told her to be quiet.
Twitter seemed to be quieting down, although people were still commenting on Luke and Emily. But Brogan no longer cared.

"So we are an hour away from the first show guys." She turned the camera to Luke, Nicholas and Sam. "How are you boys feeling?"
"I am literally so excited. I cannot wait." Nicholas answered.
"Yeah, let's do it!" Luke screamed.
"Yeah!!!" Sam high-fived him.
"Yeah, it's alright for you three. You're not on first." Tamera said, walking over to the group.
Sam wrapped his arms around her waist,
"Baby you're going to be fine. Relax." He smiled.
Luke and Nicholas crouched over, pretending to puke.
Tamera looked over at Brogan,
"Please tell me you're going to cut that bit out."
Brogan laughed and nodded,
"I will."

"Go. Go. Go." Brogan ushered Tamera onto the stage.
Watching her run onto the stage, Luke wrapped his arms around Brogan's waist, and she smiled,
"This is gonna be a good two months."
Brogan smiled,
"Yeah it is."
