She was curious of what business Jacques had to handle before getting off the phone with her. That's when she picked up her phone and dialed her brother.
Jacelyn- Jadien!
Jadien- Wassup sis! How you been?
Jacelyn- Good. Hey what's the word on Jacques? You know what business he had to handle?
Jadien- Ummm I wish I could tell you but I can't. That's up Jacques to tell you. I don't want to to be the reason for any chaos. I love you sis but just can't. But yeah I'll talk to you later. My girl walking in the door.
Jacelyn- But waait....
***End of the Conversation***
Jacelyn looked at her in surprised. "He hung up the phone for his girl." she said to herself. That's when her roommate walked in. "Hey Jacelyn!" Teri said. Jacelyn waved. "Your friend, Bryce is quite the guy." Teri said. Jacelyn looked confused. "Girl you know he have a girlfriend right." Jacelyn chuckled. Teri waved her off. "Yeah I know he does. He mentioned it after basketball practice. He's just soo...I don't know cute. Teri squealed. Jacelyn got furious. "Teri you can't just go flirting with a taken guy. He has a girlfriend back home and doesn't play when it comes down Byrce." Jacelyn said. Teri grabbed her arm. "Chill out Jacelyn. We're just friends." Teri said. Jacelyn was disappointed. "Alright. I got my eyes out watching you. Trust me you don't want to mess with his girlfriend." Jacelyn said. Teri nodded. Jacelyn stepped outside. She couldn't believe what was going on.

Maureen was studying her last notes before she takes her semester exam. That's when she heard a knock on her dorm door. She looked at her phone. It was after seven o'clock. She got up and checked the peek hole. It was Byrce. She quickly opened up the door. He held his arms open. She rushed into his arms. "I missed you so much." Byrce whispered in her ear. Maureen smiled. "I missed you too." She closed the door. "How my baby girl doing? College treating you right?" Byrce asked. Maureen shrugged her shoulders. "Eehhh just my English teacher real strict about time. I just gotta work on getting me a louder alarm clock." she chuckled. Byrce shook his head. "So did y'all win last game. Sorry I couldn't make it. I been so busy studying for my exam." Maureen explained. "No! I totally understand. But that's what I'm here for. Have you heard anything from Jacelyn?" he asked. Maureen nodded. "Actually I talk to her yesterday when she got in from studying. She finally decided to call Jacques. I don't know if she actually did but she mentioned she was thinking about it." Maureen said. "Hopefully she did. The coach made us run for losing badly." Byrce said. All of a sudden, there was another knock on the door. "I got it baby." Byrce said. He opened the door to see a guy. "Umm...I was just returning Maureen notes... she let borrow but I just give it to her tomorrow." Kadeem said quickly. Byrce realized he wasn't holding anything. "Yeah sure. Now goodbye." he said slamming the door. Byrce walked back to find Maureen in the bathroom. "Baby who was that?" Maureen asked. Byrce cleared his throat. "Is there anything I should know?" he asked seriously. Maureen walked out the bathroom. "Of course not. Why would you suspect that?" Maureen questioned. " Well a guy came to dorm saying he's returning some notes he borrow." Byrce said. "Funny thing is that he didn't have anything in his hands." Maureen become nervous. "Probably forgot them but baby trust me I haven't talk to anyone except my roommate." Maureen said sweetly. Byrce nodded. "Want to go get some Chinese food?" Byrce asked. "My treat." Maureen nodded. "Sure baby. I was just going to get some when I finished studying." They walked out the dorm room. He opened the door for her. "Thank you bae." Byrce smiled. He walked over to his side. He started up the car and drove off.
Kadeem watched as they drove off. "Face it Kadeem, she happily in a relationship. There's no way you would actually have a chance with her." Darcy said. Kadeem waved her off. "Just watch." he said walking off.
