Christmas Break
"Devon c'mon already! We supposed to be at Jacques parents house by now. Everybody probably already there but us!" That's when Devon walked out with Daylen. "Excuse me for changing my boy diaper 'cause he sh*t on himself." Alexis laughed. She was holding Jordyn. That's when the door bell rang. It was Naomi. "Oh my gosh! Naomi what you doing here!" Alexis shouted. Naomi hugged her, "I thought we could help you." That's when Raelyn came from behind her. "That's the baby?" Alexis asked. "I'm not a baby anymore! I'm ten years old!" Raelyn said. Alexis was shocked. "I'm sorry. What's your name?" Alexis asked. Raelyn smiled. "Raelyn Micah Oliver!" she shouted. Alexis looked at Naomi. "Micah from Michael?" she asked. She nodded. "That's cute letting her have her daddy middle name. Ja'Micheal and Micah." Devon walked in the room. "Wassup Naomi!" Devon said. He brought the bags out to the car. "Where's Daylen?" Alexis asked. Devon pointed to the room. "In his bed until I get these bags out." Devin complained. "Raelyn go grab a bag and help." Naomi said. Raelyn grabbed the lightest bag. Naomi chuckled. After all bags was in the car, they drove to Detroit.

"Where's Devon and Alexis?" Jacelyn asked. Taylor chuckled, "You know them two!" Rashan walked in. Everybody was chilling in the living room. All the parents was in the kitchen cooking a Christmas dinner. "Congratulations on the new baby Mrs. West!" Mrs. Stevens said. Janelle smiled. "Thank you Rebecca!" Coach Stevens walked in. "I surely would like to know when will my boys return to practice." he said. Rebecca chuckled, "Sweetie it's the holiday. Its the time to be with family and friends." she said. Paige and Alyssa walked in with Taylor. "Alexis still not here? Plus we missing Maureen too!" Taylor said. Her parents looked suspicious. "How when Byrce here but she's not?" Coach Stevens went to check out the window. He seen Alexis and Devon getting out the car. Also was Naomi and Raelyn. She was shivering. "Savanah Alexis here!" shouted Rebecca. Savanah rushed to the front. "C'mon Devon! Get my precious grand babies in the house." Mrs. Coopes said at the door. Alexis hugged Mrs. Coopes. She grabbed Jordyn from Alexis arms. That's when Devon walked in with Daylen. His mother gasped. "Twins!" she shouted. Nathan grabbed Daylen. Devon went go hug his pops. Nathan was to busy focusing on the babies. Bryce came from the backroom. "Maureen here yet?" he asked. Taylor and Rashan shook their heads. Rachel came from the dining room. "Ma you need help with that?" Jacques asked. She shook her head. "I'm fine Jacques. Kelsey came out her room. She walked out to see Raelyn. She waved. Raelyn waved back. Jacelyn, Janelle, Jay sat on the sofa. "Lexi! Devon!" she shouted. They walked over. She pulled out an envelope. On it read "Merry Christmas Best friend and Brother!" Alexis was about to open when she heard a door open. It was JaMarcus, Brooke, and Destinee. Jacelyn jumped up to hugged her. Nobody seen her since Jadien funeral. "Is that my oldest son I see." Rachel said. Roberto came from out the kitchen. "Ma! This is Brooke. Brooke this my ma and over there is my pops, Roberto. Brooke smiled. "Nice to finally meet you." Brooke said. That's when Kelsey walked over. "Oh yeah can't forget lil squirt Kelsey. Kelsey this is Brooke." Kelsey waved. Raelyn waved too. "I'm Raelyn, Kelsey best friend!" Brooke chuckled. "How cute." Jacelyn was talking to Destinee when her phone rang. It was Maureen.

That's when her phone ringed. It was Kendall.

Kendall- Maureen!

Maureen- Ken what's up!

Kendall- I was wondering if you want to spend Christmas with me?

Maureen- I'm sorry but I'm going to Detroit to see my family and friends. I'm running a little late now!

Kendall- Could I come? I know Kadeem probably gon' be with his baby mama for Christmas.

Maureen- Baby mama?

Kendall- I wanted to tell you Maureen but he threatened me! You know I would always be honest with you right?

Maureen- I got something for his a**! Right now I gotta get ready! I'll be there in five minutes!

Kendall- Can't!

Maureen- Why?

Kendall- I'm already outside your dorm! And I just saw Kadeem leaving. Maureen please tell you wasn't just...

Maureen hung up the phone to open the door. Kendall was standing outside. "I can explain later on the plane ride." Maureen said quickly. She ran the shower water. She quickly jumped in. Thirty-five minutes later, she climbed out with a towel wrapped around her. Kendall closed his eyes. Maureen chuckled. She picked out her red dress. It was covered in glitter. "Okay I'm dressed!" Kendall opened his eyes. His mouth dropped. She was in the mirror adding red lipstick. She applied foundation to her face. She grabbed the necklace Bryce got her for birthday. She finally grabbed her phone. "How I look?" she asked turning around. "You look beautiful as always. If I wasn't gay, I'll be all up on you!" Maureen smiled. "Okay let's go!" she said grabbing her keys. She picked up her phone to dial Jacelyn.

Jacelyn- Hello! Girl where are you? Byrce getting worried and suspicious. Everybody here already. We just waiting on you. Your mom and dad even here worrying why Byrce here and you not!

Maureen- There was an emergency in my dorms causing me to leave late. But I'm on my way now!

Jacelyn- Hurry! I'll try to not start until you get here.

Maureen- Thanks girl!

Maureen hung up the phone. "So explain why Kadeem was leaving your dorm room?" Kendall said with his arms folded. She took a long breath. "I cheated once again! I feel really bad though. So I put an end to it. I asked to come over to break up with him but he distracted me! I finally got my words out and broke up with him." Maureen said. Kendall shook his head. "Sweetheart cheating on Bryce with Kadeem again not the best thing. Kadeem got a way to putting spells on the ladies. I just don't want you getting hurt. Trust me I know my brother. Even though we grew differently. He grew straight and I grew up to be gay. But I see the pictures of you and Byrce in your room. Baby girl y'all are cute. Stick with him. He can something out of himself. Kadeem just gon' sit around and expect sex each time." Kendall said. "I see that. Thank you Kendall. I don't know what I'll do without you." she placed a kiss on his cheek. "Girl stoooop!" Kendall shouted. Maureen put her brakes on. Kendall pointed to the store. "There's a sale sixty percent off the entire store. Let's go in! I mean you already late. You gotta have a better excuse besides there was an emergency in my dorms. Go get gifts!" Kendall said. He was right. There's no use showing up late and empty-handed versus showing up late with gifts. She parked the car. They got out the car. They rushed in the store. Maureen picked up Byrce favorite basketball team shirt. Chicago Bulls. For Jacelyn she picked out a watch she was looking at back then. She grabbed a T-shirt dress. It was cute. For Taylor, she grabbed an necklace that had a T on it. She grabbed some lipstick Taylor always wanted. As for Alexis, she grabbed a perfume set. It was Nicki Minaj new perfume. She grabbed a Rolex watch for Devon and Byrce. She seen a Dallas Cowboys shirt for her daddy. For the rest, she grabbed gift cards to their favorite store. That's when seen an IPhone 6s Gold Rose left. She rushed over to it. That's when a lady grabbed it too! "Ummm excuse me I need this!" the lady said. Maureen tugged at it. "I need it more than you. What a old lady gon' do with this type of phone anyways." Maureen said. The lady felt offended. "Honey! It's not that serious! Let the young girl have it." the lady husband said. She smiled. The lady let go. That's when Kendall arrived. "Got everything!" he asked. Maureen nodded. He eyed the IPhone 6s Gold Rose. "Who's that for?" Kendall asked. "Raelyn! She's Jacelyn niece. I thought I get her something to make a good impression." Kendall nodded. "Not so bad." The cashier rang up the stuff. Maureen paid for it. They quickly load the bags up and hopped in the car. Maureen sped off to the airport.
