"Nice to have you back Ms. Cortes." Mr. Burns said. Kacey rushed over to her. She hugged her. "I'm so sorry for your lost. Jadien didn't deserve to die so soon." Kacey said. Jacelyn nodded. She went to take her seat. Mr. Burns begin passing out work. He walked over Jacelyn and Kacey. "You to already have your assignment. Go ahead and get going. I know I can trust you two to get the job done." Mr. Burns said. They got up and walked out. That's when Jacelyn phone started ringing. It was Jacques calling on face time. She answered it.

Jacques- Baby we about to head off to get on the plane to championship game.

Jacelyn- Okay I'm on my way to my dorm and change.

Jacques- A'ight Mrs. Perez. I love you. Make sure you look cute for daddy.

Jacelyn- You silly boy.

That's when Kacey saw Jacelyn's engagement ring. Her eyes got big. "I see somebody got married while they were gone." Kacey said. Jacelyn chuckled. "I can't enough of my ball player." she said smiling. Kacey unlocked the door. They walked in. It looked the same as they left it. She went to her side of the room. She begin to change out of her clothes. Kacey picked out her skater skirt with a crop tee. She grabbed her black high top converse. She went in her jewelry box to grab her necklace and earrings. She applied lipstick. Jacelyn looked over to see her. "Girl you cute cute. Let me found out you found a boyfriend." Kacey blushed. Jacelyn put on her T-shirt dress with her red converse. She took her hair out of the bun. Its flowed down her back. She put in her hoops earrings. She put on foundation and red lipstick. They grabbed their purse and keys. Jacelyn grabbed her IPhone 6s Gold Rose and walked out the room. Kacey locked up the dorm and walked out the building. Jacelyn pulled out her car keys and drove to the airport.

The boys were down by two points. When Kacey and Jacelyn arrived, the losing. "Dang they losing Jacelyn!" Kacey said nervously. Jacelyn waved it off. "They'll bring it up. Just wait." That's when Jacques saw Jacelyn. He smiled. Kacey seen it. "Okay boys! We didn't come here to lose. Let's get our head in the game. On three! One! Two! Three! Bears!" They got back on the court. Jacques had the ball. He checked the ball to Devon. He passed it to Rashan. He shot the ball. The crowd cheered. Bryce dribbled down the court. That's when he passed it to Jacques. He slam drunk the ball. The crowd cheered louder. "Yess that's my boyfriend! That's my boyfriend right there!" Jacelyn shouted. Jacques looked up in the crowd. He winked. The score was 38-32. "I told you they would bring it up." Jacelyn said. Kacey rolled her eyes. She chuckled. That's when she saw Kyle. She starting blushing. Jacelyn looked over. "That's the boyfriend you got cute for." Kacey smiled. He looked up and winked. Kacey blushed. The clock was down by thirty seconds. Jacques was dribbling with the ball down the court. He had fives seconds left. The crowd begin stomping their feet. That's when he threw the ball from half court. The ball went in the basket. The crowd cheered. Jacelyn ran down the stairs to her boyfriend. He picked her up. He kissed her. The boys picked them. They walked out with them. They cheered. "I'm proud of you baby." Jacelyn said. Jacques smiled. Kacey was hugging Kyle. "Looks like Kyle has his number one fan." Jacques said. Jacelyn playfully hit him. She grabbed her camera. "Can I get your picture Mr. Perez?" Jacelyn asked. Jacques nodded. "Boys get in the picture and grab the trophy. " The team handled him the trophy. Jacelyn took the picture. "That's good enough baby?" Jacques asked. She nodded. He grabbed her hand. "Let's go celebrate. This time with my girl instead. Devon nodded. "That's wassup. Matter fact I gotta check on mines." Devon said. "Me to!" Byrce said. "Me three!" Rashan said. Jacques laughed. "C'mon baby girl. Let's roll out." Jacelyn turned around to look for Kacey. "I'm coming too!" Kacey said holding Kyle hand. They followed behind. "How about some steak?" Kyle shouted. Jacelyn nodded. Jacques became nervous. "Yeah let's go!" Kacey said. Jacques got in Jacelyn's car. She walked to the driver seat. "Let me drive while you ride." Jacelyn said with a smile. Jacques kissed her cheek. "Take the lead." She drove off towards the restaurant while Kacey and Kyle followed.

They arrived five minutes later. Jacques opened the door for Jacelyn and Kacey. He let it close on Kyle. "Hey that's how we treat the new kid?" Kyle joked. Jacques chuckled. "My bad bro." They picked a table. Jacelyn sat with Jacques. He wrapped his arm around her shoulder. He kissed her lips. "I love you so much JayyCee." Jacelyn smiled. That's when Melanie walked up. She gasped. She immediately got herself together. "Hello my name is Melanie. I'll be your waitress for this evening. What can I get you ma'am?" she said referring to Jacelyn. "I'll just have the steak meal with fries. Ketchup on the side with a Root Beer." she said. Melanie looked at Kacey. "What can I get you?" Kacey looked at the menu. "I want the salad that's all." Kacey said. "I want the deluxe burger with everything expect onions. I want deluxe fries too with a Dr. Pepper." Kyle ordered. Now how can I help you?" Melanie said looking at Jacques. "I just take the steak with fries and Bar-B-Que sauce on the side. For the drink give me a Dr. Pepper also." Jacques said. Melanie walked around and picked up the menu. "Your foods will be right out. She notice the engagement ring on Jacelyn finger. She stared for a little bit. Jacelyn pulled her phone out and took a picture of them. She took one kissing Jacques cheek. He smiled. "Melanie! Your order is ready!" the cook yelled. Melanie quickly grabbed the food. "Sorry I was just...." "Admiring how happy he is with her. Yeah I know. He's got a girlfriend. Move on honey. They're happy. " the cook said serious. Melanie sighed, "He's engaged too. He proposed to her." The cook was already back to cooking. She walked over and handled them their food. "Thank you Melanie." Jacelyn said. She nodded. Jacques kept his eyes on Jacelyn the whole time. It felt awkward being back at this place with the girl who he cheated on Jacelyn with. All of sudden, he heard a voice in his head. I can't even lie, I never seen her this happy since Ja'Quan. That's the last thing Jadien told him. He realized he was right. She is happy. "You okay baby?" Jacelyn asked. Jacques snapped out his thoughts. He nodded. "I'm good." Kacey finished her salad. Kyle was finishing up his food too. Jacelyn leaned back. "I'm full." Jacques chuckled. They got up from the table. Jacques went in his pocket for some money. "I got it baby." Jacelyn said digging in her purse. Jacques shook his head. "No baby girl let me get. Plus I owe you for all hurt. Its my treat to all of us." Kyle and Kacey got up. "Thanks bro." Kyle said. He nodded. "Thank you Jacques." Kacey said. "No problem." He swiped his card. Melanie handled him his receipt. Jacelyn kissed his cheek. Melanie grew jealous. She smiled at Melanie. She grabbed Jacques hand and walked off. Jacques chuckled.
