Two Weeks Later
You were now back at Canterlot High, wearing a graduation robe and cap. Today was graduation day at Canterlot High. Your parents were there, watching from the stands, while you, your friends, and some of your girlfriends were with you in the seats. You were all outside the football field, ready for the graduation day to begin.
On the podium, Principal Celestia was speaking.
Principal Celestia: Welcome, faculty, families, and the graduating class. We finally made it! Behind us are the late nights, the countless cups of coffee, and the exams we thought we would never pass. Today isn't just about the diploma; it is about the resilience that brought us here. As we step into the next chapter, let's take a moment to thank the parents, friends, and mentors who supported our journey. Congratulations, Class of 20XX. Let's make a difference out there!
Everyone cheers at this. You smile at Principal Celestia's speech.
Principal Celestia: Now, I would like to welcome one of our top students to the stands. He has done so much for this school. If it weren't for him, we would not have gotten this far. I'd like to welcome our Valedictorian, (Y/N)(L/N).
Everyone claps as you make your way to the front. Your parents were recording the whole thing. You then get your papers out for your speech.
(Y/N): Hello, everyone. My name is (Y/N)(L/N). You all know me as the Great Draco. But today, I'm not standing here as the hero who saved Canterlot. No. I'm standing here as your Valedictorian and student.
Everyone was happy to hear this.
(Y/N): As most of you know, I grew up in a place called Berk. A place where dragons exist. Back on Berk, there were dragons everywhere. There were great grim sky dragons that nested on the cliff tops like gigantic scary birds. Little brown scuddly dragons that hunted down the mice and rats in well-organized packs. Preposterously huge sea dragons that were 20 times as big as the big blue whale. Yes, dragons do exist in my world, and they exist in this world as well.
Everyone continues to listen.
(Y/N): (sighs) My life after leaving Berk was not easy. Always being alone, never in a public school, never really having any friends to hang out with. That was the case until I came here. I learned the true meaning of friendship and belonging somewhere where I never thought I could ever belong. I felt welcomed and accepted. Even though I was lonely, the people here... gave me a social life I thought I never had. It wasn't easy in the beginning, especially with all the magic that happened, and I mean that literally.
There were a few chuckles from that line.
(Y/N): But being here today... makes me happy. To look at all of your faces in the audience, it brings me joy just to see what success you all could bring into the future. I know everyone here will be successful. And I know that you will do great things for yourselves. Wherever the road takes you, follow it.
Everyone smiles.
(Y/N): My life did start off rocky, but I have some girls to thank.
You look at Twilight, Sunset, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Applejack, and Fluttershy.
(Y/N): Twilight, Sunset, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Applejack, and Fluttershy were my first friends that I ever made in Canterlot High. Flash Sentry was my best friend here. Hiccup, Astrid, Ruffnut, Tuffnut, Snotlout, and Fishlegs then came along. Since they were from Berk, they were my first friends. Then they came here and enrolled in Canterlot High with me. Because of that, my social status grew. I even formed a harem after Twilight and Sunset agreed to share me as their boyfriend.
