Chapter 86: Resolving the Issues at the Beach

This involves the Better Together shorts when they were at the Beach.

It had been 5 days since the girls had lost their memories and you were in that fight with Vognos's Descendant. A lot has happened during that time.

First, you were reborn as a new and stronger Dragonkin. It was like the magic of friendship had flown through you.

Second, your girlfriends have been more caring to you ever since their memories were erased. Especially Sunset. She was still feeling guilty about what she said to you. Even though you have forgiven her, she still gets the feeling of guilt.

Third, there hasn't been any sign of Vognos or his Descendants since the day of the battle. It's been quiet since then, but you wonder what he was planning and why he wants your amulet. Only time will tell when you get that answer.

For now, today is the last day of school.

You were lying in bed in your room along with Sunset, Twilight, Rarity, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Adagio, Aria, Sonata, Sci-Twi, Sugarcoat, Sunny Flare, Indigo Zap, Lemon Zest, Sour Sweet, Trixie, Fleur De Lis, Moondancer, Wallflower Blush, Juniper Montage, and Starlight Glimmer cuddled up around you. Each girl was touching a different part of your body. Sunset, Twilight, Sci-Twi, Adagio, Juniper, and Fleur De Lis were situated on your torso with their heads on your chest. Rarity, Sunny Flare, Fluttershy, and Sour Sweet had their arms wrapped around your waist. Rainbow Dash, Indigo Zap, Applejack, Sugarcoat, Moondancer, and Aria were wrapped around your legs. Trixie and Starlight Glimmer were wrapped around your arms. Pinkie Pie, Lemon Zest, Sonata, and Wallflower Blush were wrapped around your head. They were pretty much your blanket for this morning.

You were sleeping, but you were having a nightmare. You see, your nightmare was about the girls forgetting about you and breaking up with you. You also had nightmares about what happened with that fight between Maeve. How you were almost killed by Vognos. It terrified you completely and you couldn't get the image out of your head. You were dripping with sweat as flashbacks of things that the girls had said to you were running through your head. All of a sudden, you wake up after being stabbed in your nightmare. You sit up and panic waking up some of your girlfriends.

Twilight: Babe, are you ok?

You didn't say anything. Sunset then grabs your hand.

Sunset: Hey, look at me, ok?

You then look at her and you slowly calm down a bit. Sunset keeps rubbing your hand.

Sunset: Shh. It's ok. Just keep your focus on me.

You continued to look at her and you had calmed down. The rest of the girls sat up and they hugged you.

Sci-Twi: You had that nightmare again, didn't you?

You nod silently.

(Y/N): I'm sorry, girls.

Fluttershy: It's ok, (Y/N). We're back now, and no one is going to take us away from you again.

(Y/N): I know, but... that was still traumatizing to me.

Fleur De Lis: We know. We'll do whatever we can to make sure that it won't bother you anymore.

You take out your dragon wings and hug all the girls.

(Y/N): Thank you, girls. Now who wants me to make them some breakfast before our last day of school?

Immediately, they all raised their hands.

(Y/N): (chuckles) Alright. Let's get up then.

Then you and the girls get out of bed and head downstairs to make breakfast.
