After that fight with Maeve, you were rushed to the hospital. Your girlfriends were following you on the way there along with the Dragon Riders. You were rushed to the ER and placed in a surgery bed. Once on there, your girlfriends were outside in the waiting room. The doctors did what they could to revive you. Once they did the clear, and placed those electric shocks on you, a heartbeat was heard.
Doctor 1: We have a heartbeat.
Doctor 2: But he's unresponsive.
The third doctor checks your pulse.
Doctor 3: There's a pulse. He must've slipped into a coma.
Meanwhile, out in the waiting room, your girlfriends were there waiting for you. This mostly consisted of the Humane 7, Sci-Twi, The Dazzlings, the ShadowBolts, Trixie, and Wallflower Blush. Your friends from Berk were also there as well. The Dazzlings had their heads down in sadness, Trixie was hugging Sonata in worry, the Shadowbolts hugged each other, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie were hugging each other, Rarity was wiping her tears away with tissues, Applejack and Rainbow Dash had their heads down in sadness, Sci-Twi was hugging Sunset, and Twilight was pacing back and forth in worry. Your friends from Berk were also worried.
Sunset: Twilight, will you please stop pacing like that? I get that you're worried, but this isn't going to make things better.
Twilight: I'm sorry. I'm just really worried. After what happened in that battle, how can I not worry about my sweet boo?
Rarity: We all are, darling. Every one of us in this room is worried about our knight in shining armor.
Twilight: I just hope he's ok.
Just then the doctor enters.

Twilight rushes over to the doctor.
Twilight: How is he? How's (Y/N)?
He didn't say anything at first. He just stood there silently.
Doctor: He's alright. Unfortunately, he's slipped into a coma.
The girls gasp. Twilight was confused, however.
Twilight: What's a coma?
Sunset: It's a state of deep unconsciousness where a person is unresponsive, and they cannot be awakened.
Twilight gasps.
Doctor: Well, they can be. It just takes some time is all.
Twilight then gets tears in her eyes. Sunset goes to Twilight and hugs her.
Sunset: Can we see him?
Doctor: Unfortunately, you cannot go inside the room, but I can show you to him. Come. Follow me.
Upon arriving at your room, the girls look out the window and they see that you were on a hospital bed all patched up, but you were still unresponsive and in a coma. Twilight gasps as more tears come out of her eyes. She hugs Sunset tightly.
