The phone slipped from his hand before he caught it mid-air, already halfway to the car. The sound of Rhea's cracked voice "Please come, I... I'm scared"still rang in his ears like a siren.

He was numb.He left with all the guards leaving alia all bruised alone in the alley. He don't want to lose rhea again.He Just grabbed his keys, told Adil to track her phone, and drove like hell through the midnight streets.

He didn't think of bullets or enemies tonight.

He didn't bother about the enemy he left behind,the cause of all the tornadoes in everyone's life he knows she's way too shocked to see him and since Abhi is against her she couldn't do any harm much. She is in no position to heal soon and he's going to find her again easily he have people tracking her down.

He is aware that all his enemies are now aware about his princess for whom he left a battle in the middle, he knows he is answerable to all the lingering questions between the members,He is aware that world finally found the weakness of his heart.

But His mind is Only on the six-year-old girl who once bled in his arms and called him "Superman."

And the grown woman who still sounded like that child when she cried.

He burst into the room, heart pounding in his chest.
There she was all curled on the bed like a broken thing, face pale, trembling, eyes half-shut in panic.

He was at her side in seconds.

"Rhea. Princess. Look at me."

She didn't respond only whimpered something incoherent.

He pulled her into his lap, brushing her sweat-soaked hair back from her face, rocking her gently.

"You're safe. I've got you. I'm here," he whispered, over and over again like a mantra.

But all he got in reply was some incoherent words which he decided to not give any attention now,Akhil came in with the doctor and after giving rhea an injection the doctor said "I think she saw a nightmare and she fainted due to all the stress, She'll wake up tomorrow morning and continue the vitamins that I prescribed last time and give her these medicines after making her eat something." Akhil escorted her out of the room and called Adil to bring the medicines.

He walked back into the room and saw the lethal mafia according to the entire world running hand through Rhea's head while she laid on his lap with a peaceful expression.He left the room leaving both the people alone knowing they need each other when they wake up.

Adil was in a hurry to get the medicines and on the way he ran into aryan who was shocked to see the cool mafia all worried and he knows only one person in the entire world who can make the entire mafia group scared,He got worried for rhea and before he can ask Adil left with some medicines.

He called rhea who as usual didn't pick up the phone and then he noticed that it's nearly 4 in the morning so he decided to call Shahana tomorrow so both of them can make a visit to the stubborn kid who is hiding from them.

King was leaving to change his clothes he heard her mumble in sleep
"Red... my hands... blood... I heard it again," clutching his shirt like she'd drown without him.

He stilled.

She remembered.

He turned back to see her all asleep unaware about the turmoil she caused.

He turned on the shower and closed his eyes and the memory he wish he forgot played vividly.
