Dear Diary,

I can't wait in two weeks I start my final year in high school and maybe I can finally find my true love. It seems like everyone else in my school has a boyfriend or a girlfriend and my parents never liked who I brought home anyway. So I am hoping we get a bunch of new kids in my class; I have also heard we are getting some foreign exchange students. My mom and I are going shopping for some new clothes and school supplies this afternoon and then tomorrow I have to go set up classes at the school. I now have to go work at the daycare in my town of Aspen, Colorado. I will talk to you later.

"Chelsea it is time to go!" my mother yelled up the stairs at me.

"Coming!" I said putting my diary away in my nightstand. I grabbed my purse and phone and headed down the stairs and grabbed a piece of toast on my way out to my mom's car.

"Are you ready to go shopping for high school supplies for the last time?" my mom asked.

"Yeah I can't wait to buy new clothes!" I exclaimed. "I also want to find new makeup."

"Okay fine by me. I can't believe you are graduating this year! I have gotten so old!"

I rolled my eyes at her and she started to laugh as we were backing out of the driveway.

"Do you have your school supply list?" my mom asked as we were headed to Aspen.

"Yeah I have it, I can't believe I am almost done with school."

Brittany: R u going shopping today?

Chelsea: Yeah r u?

Brittany: K can I come with u my mom will be a total freak about it?

Chelsea: Sure let me ask my mom quick

"Can Brittany come along to go shopping with us?"

"Sure honey lets swing by her house and pick her up."

Chelsea: On our way! :)
Brittany: Thanks!!
On our way over to her house my mom turned to me and asked how I felt about marriage and stuff.

"I don't know for sure. I guess I want to get married sometime when I am older," I replied looking over at her.

"Oh okay honey."

"Why do you want to know?"

"Just wondering honey. I guess I can't wait to see my baby girl in a wedding dress with the love of her life."

"Oh okay."

As we were driving towards Brittany's house there was a little tension in the air after having that conversation. When we pulled up to Brittany's house she came running outside with her purse flying behind her, and her mother yelling out the door at her not to spend too much on clothes.

"Does she not understand my reputation is at stake? If I don't get the hottest new clothes like a crop top for instance!"

"She isn't that bad!" I replied. "Plus anything you want I can get for you."

"You know that isn't fair."

Her mother was single and she also had twin brothers to deal with. So whenever she wanted something I always got it for her because she was my friend. However my family was a well put together and we had tons of money because my father was a famous lawyer. He only helped out the famous celebrities, and as for me I was an only child in 13 room mansion. My mother was not the typical snotty women who you expected, she helped with the poor and charities around town.

We pulled into the mall parking lot and my mother turned to me and said, "Where do you want to go first?"

"How about Forever 21?" I replied.

"Sure lets go there first, then to Rue 21, and make a stop at Staples on the way out for school supplies?"

"Sounds good!" I said.

"Okay we got the plan! Now lets go shop before all of the good clothes are gone!" Brittany exclaimed loudly in my ear.

"Okay Princess Brittany," I replied being funny. I always called her that when she was impatient and wanted to go. She then stuck her tongue out in reply and we got out of the car. We then made our way towards the mall.
