Chapter 26

When I got a text from Nathan asking what time I would be home for sure.

Chelsea: Thinking about 5 p.m. Why is there something that you needed?

Nathan: No just wondering. Have fun!!

Chelsea: Okay I love you!!

Nathan: Love you to babe!!

"What was that about?" Brittany asked me.

"He just wanted to know when I would be home."

"He is probably planning on something special!!" she said squealing in my ear.

"Yeah okay," I said rolling my eyes at her.

We walked into the store and I saw sitting there was the perfect couch for us.

"Oh this is so beautiful!" Brittany said immediately running over and sitting down it. "You have to get it!"

I walked over and checking the price noticed it was on sale, so we went around the store picking up more things that would match it perfectly. I bought everything, and finally signed my name and agreed that the address was correct and made my way outside. Brittany and I made a few more stops around the mall when we finally decided we had enough for the day. I dropped her off at her house and made my way home. I had also picked up some more groceries to put in our fridge. I pulled into the garage seeing the moving van and also the furniture store van there too.

"Wow this is amazing!" I said walking in to find Nathan telling the moving men where to put the things.

"You did a pretty good job," he said kissing me.

"I picked up some stuff including shampoo and body soap if you mind helping me bring it in."

"I got it. You go sit down and tell them where you want the couch."

I directed the men on where to put the couch and the TV and once I was satisfied they left. By the time they left Nathan had just finished bringing in all of the groceries.

"Thanks," I said kissing him and grabbing the shampoo and shower pouf. "I am taking a bath."

"Sounds good. I will make some supper for us." he said.

I made my way into the bathroom to find all of the things I needed, and once the water was ready I made I got into the tub.

Nathan's P.O.V

I really hope Chelsea likes everything here because I do. I can't wait to marry her.

Justin: so u all moved in yet?

Nathan: yep just got done and making supper for my fiancé.

Justin: sounds good what r u making her?

Nathan: some pasta

Justin: on my way over

Nathan: no you r not

Justin: I know man just kidding! u r so lucky to have a girl already and a baby on the way!

Nathan: yeah I know got to get going she is almost done and so is supper. your girl is out there u just have to wait

Justin: I know man.

I picked up the spoon to stir the noodles when I heard a crash from above. I ran up the stairs to see Chelsea laying on the floor with a towel around her not moving. I dialed 911 and followed their instructions until help got there. I had locked the door since we weren't leaving and heard the sirens get closer until they started banging on the door. The operator told me to stay with her and the police would break down the door. Once they did they ran up the stairs towards me and Chelsea. They got her on a bed and wheeled her out into the hall. I was scared because she had so many tubes hooked up to her. Once they were out of the house I closed the door behind me and got in the ambulance to be with her.

In the ambulance I frantically texted her and my parents about the situation and they said they would be on their way. As I was texting them I felt someone grab my arm and squeeze really tight. I looked over to see Chelsea holding onto my arm and smiling a faint smile like she was saying she was going to be okay. We finally made it to the hospital and she was wheeled out and into a room where I was told not to enter. I waited in the waiting room frantically pacing back and forth not saying a word to my parents or hers. Finally a doctor came out...

"She is fine, and so are the babies," he said to us.

"What do you mean by babies?" I asked him.

"She is having twins!" he said. "That is why she fainted as she was getting out of the bath tub. Her blood pressure dropped and she fainted. We will keep her here for tonight, but she will probably be able to go home tomorrow. You can come and see here now."

I ran to her room and saw her laying on the pillow looking at the door expectantly like she was waiting for me. I ran to give her a hug...
