Thomas' POV
I am on my way to Ara's place now. She asked me to accompany her to the airport to send Nigel. Yes he's going back to Thailand now.
It has been 2 days but I still cant believe that Ara is my girlfriend again. It's like a dream. HAHAHA
"Nasan ka na?" Tanong ni Ara from the other line
"I just entered your village. Anong street nga ulit?"
"The Great" natawa naman ako. Kasi lahat ng pangalan streets na nadaanan ko, kung hindi Philosopher, mga sailors noong unang panahon. Aristotle, Erasmus, Alexander the Great, scientists like Newton, ang many more. -_-
"I can see you now." Nakangiting kumuway ako sa kaniya at saka binaba na ang phone.
"Good morning!" Nakangiting bati niya sa akin as soon as makakababa ako sa sasakyan ko
"Good morning babe." Nakangiting sagot ko at saka binigay sa kaniya yung dala kong flowers. Hahalik pa sana ako sa cheeks niya nang,
"Tigilan mo." She pushed me away at nauna nang pumasok. -_-
"Oh, hi Thomas!" Nakangiting bati sa akin ni Nigel. I knew that my brother asked him to take care of Ara but I never saw his face. So, this is how he looks like.
"Nigel, do you know that His brother's wife is your sister?" natawa naman ako sa tanong ni Ara. Pumunta nalang ako sa kitchen at naghanap ng maiinom.
"Cherreen? Yes. But this is my first time meeting him." Sagot sa kaniya ni Nigel.
"Are there any drinks here?" Sigaw ko from the Kitchen. Oh yes. Kailangan niya pa nga ng mga appliances. The whole house is really empty. Wala pang ref, thermos, wala pa din siyang plates. -_-
"I told you. We need to buy stuffs." Natatawang sabi niya sa akin.
"What time is your flight anyway?" Tanong ko kay Nigel.
"12pm. Bro, can I load my stuffs on your trunk now?" Paalam niya sa akin. Nag agree naman ako at sinamahan ko na siya sa labas. Si Ara naman, nag cr muna bago umalis. Nothing changed.
"Perhaps, is there something you know about her health?" Out of the blue na tanong niya.
"There's nothing." Sagot ko. Wala naman talaga akong alam. Sa five years na lumipas wala naman siyang nababanggit eh
"For the past five years, she never got sick. Why?" tanong ko pabalik.
"Nothing. *smiles* she's here. Let's go?" Nag nod ako at nagsimula nang patakbuhin ang sasakyan.
Fishy ha. If nothing happened, then why is he asking about Ara's health? Something's wrong talaga.
"Can I turn the radio on?" tanong sa akin ni Ara and she turned the radio on. Sakto naman na isa sa mga kanta na pinapatugtog,
"This is your brother's song right?" Tanong ni Ara kay Nigel habang kinakanta din yung song. Pshh. Nilipat ko nga. Korean eh.
"Yup. That was his song. And also that song playing." sabi ni Nigel while listening to the song nainis ako. Para kasing gustong gusto ni Ara na makinig lang dun sa kanta. Aish!
We later reached the Airport. But before Nigel entered, he talked to me.
"Incase you want to know." bulong nito sa akin at inabot ang isang recorder. Woah. Ano kaya to?
"It has been a wonderful and enjoyable month. Thank you so much Ara" paalam niya at... NIYAKAP SI ARA. NIYAKAP NIYA YUNG GIRLFRIEND KO. ARGH.
" *smiles* viber me as soon as you arrive okay?"
"I will. Thomas. Nice meeting you bro. Take care of Ara" nakangiting sabi nito sa akin at ako naman, nag fake smile lang. Nahuli ko naman siyang tinawanan ako pero hindi ko nalang yun pinansin. Loko yun ah!
