AUTHOR'S NOTE: I won't be back for some time, it might be a week or two before I begin another chapter because I'm going on VK, and I don't know yet if I can forcus down and write the next chapter.  That's the reason for this early new chapter.  ENJOY!!!

Well, at first I was going to the principal’s office but knowing without emotions, I don’t truly give a crap.  I go to my locker and slammed the locker open with pure annoyance.  I sighed, “That’s what you get for telling the truth!”

“Well, who’s being bad and mighty?”

I turned and scowled when I saw Kam, “Can you leave me and tackle Shade again?”

“Found it as entertaining as I did?” Kam asked, smiling.

“Kam, I’m confused about everything right now, you, Shade, Ghost, and your whole fucking family… most of all Evangeline.  So you can piss off,” I scowled.

He looked at me, took a threatening step forward.  His forehead creased, his eyes full of flames.  He took a heavy breath out, I could imagine it like smoke like those old cartoon shows with the bulls all angry and red eyed.  He could fit that image well right now.

            “Who told you about Evangeline?”

“It’s a small school, Kam,” I scowled, “I would find out sooner or later.”

He sighed, “I didn’t kill her.”

I froze and looked at him, “I didn’t even think about that.  Everyone thinks Shade did it.”

He looked at me, “Sooner or later, Shade will say it was me.  But I swear on my life, it wasn’t.  I loved her.  She was my sun, my moon, my stars, the light of my life.  I loved her.”

I nodded, “Well, I did think you as obsessive but not creepy and a killer, now, I’m not so sure.”

“I… ouch,” he flinched and looked at me, “Do you have no feelings at all?” that’s ironic… “I loved her, she was my everything.  I don’t understand why you look so much like her, why you are so much like her.”

“She was blond, we looked nothing alike,” I said, “Well the eyes, that’s a little creepy…”

“How do you know what she looked like?” he sighed, “She showed no one her eyes.”

I smirked. “Well, no one can keep their secret forever, Kam.”

“And yours will be uncovered as well,” Kam smirked, “I can be just as cruel as you, but much more violent and fearful.  Don’t start making me look like a fool.”

I looked at him, “I’m not afraid of you or anyone or anything.  I’m much stronger than your little Evangeline; I will survive whatever is in my way.”

He rolled his eyes, “You do not know what Evangeline went through to live her last minutes.”

I took long strides forward and stood in front of him, grinning, “Kam, I know a lot more than you think.  Whatever that was after Evangeline is after me now.  And somehow, I think Shade and you are attracting them.  Stay.  Away.  From.  Me.”

He leaned into me, our faces inches apart.  He smiled, “If you think you can fight them off without me, you’re sorely mistaken.”
